Third time, I called when I got home, and was told that they had no openings until JUNE!!!!!! Both times I called, I couldn't understand the name of the business. Very confusing!!!!! Hope this was just an off day, but we will not be going there. Office help can make or break a business and I know this as I am office manager of a Podiatry clinic.

I have never had bad service from anyone at this wonderful facility. They have been taking care of my entire family for years and they are so caring and kind. From the moment you make that phone call or stop at the front desk, you are treated to the nicest service by some of the nicest people I know. I have seen all of the providers at this business, and They ALL go out of their way to make sure you receive the best possible treatment. Gives me poor photocopies. Financial disclosure says I pay if my insurance doesn't. I pay if insurance is late. I pay ... or they contact credit bureau. Way too heavy handed, especially with the blind signing trick. Looked around. No one there, only Bibles on all the tables. Walked out.

I have posted this exact scenario on Facebook, but it gets deleted every time and I now my profile is "blocked." Guess we don't want the people of Cheyenne to know the truth. Lana Sykes technically is who I was scheduled to see. Almost comical how she was highly recommended by the hospital when we first moved here due to the complexity of my medical conditions, however this is not a doctor we would ever trust to treat a patient that has any issues beyond possibly a sinus infection. Pathetic excuse for a "doctors office" and even more sad that an office manager can call a patient derogatory names and get away with it. Guess we will continue to travel over 14 hours away fro good medical care and where doctors actually care about you. She has an extremely sweet demeanor, and she knows her stuff. I unfortunately have forgotten the woman's name that works at the front desk but she is amazing too! Everyone there is super personable, and you're in and out in a very short period of time. I have never had such poor, disorganized medical treatment in my life and certainly will not be recommending this place to anyone. You can't diagnose anything right, you don't call to communicate anything, I see results faster in my MyChart app first and then have to call your clinic for further action and no one knows what's going on. I would rate a zero if that were an option. Never again will I step foot in this place.
