One of the best choices we made throughout our wedding process was choosing Chi as our photographer. The first time we met Chi and his wifey Jennie, we knew they were the one. His portfolio was superb and we were excited because of this expertise! We didn't find Chi through recommendations, but by randomly looking through Google images and one picture we saw made all the difference. Even under straining conditions, Chi and Jennie were able to provide top quality service and amazing photos. We had originally planned to do an engagement photo shoot at Stough Canyon in Burbank from 5:30pm-7:30pm, however, unexpected circumstances had led us to getting to the location an hour later than expected. My wife and I decided to write Chi Chan and Jeannie a review during our honey moon, 2 days after our wedding, since they have been doing such a Terrific job that we couldn't believe it!!!! We both agree that hiring them is the most successful decision that we've made for our wedding planning. Here are the reasons: 1. For our engagement photo shooting, they went to check out the place which is quite far away from them, just want to make sure the setting and lighting was good. We had then booked for 2 hours, but it ended up over 3 hours of their time. They Photoshop over 300 pictures in 2 weeks. The day before the wedding, we had a rehearsal dinner at the wedding venue. They offered to take pictures of us rehearsing the wedding and also take pictures during the dinner with the family. This was something that they did not have to do. During the wedding day, we have them booked for eight hours. However, they probably work around 12 hours continuously at several locations. They were super sweet and professional. And we both believe working with a good/professional photographer could make your wedding a lot easier, less stressful and happier! They are easy to work with, kind and are able to work with people speaking with different languages. We can't wait for seeing our wedding photos. I saw my friend's engagement pictures on facebook and thought they were one of the best pictures i've seen for engagement pictures. So i asked him for the photographer and he directed me to ChiChan Photography. I researched a few other places and noticed ChiChan's pricing was at a fairly good price. Some were more expensive and the cheaper priced ones had pretty bad pictures. After extensive research I felt ChiChan had the best quality for the price so I went ahead with ChiChan Photography for both my Engagement and Wedding pictures. The pictures turned out great. Both ChiChan and Jennie are very friendly, so the whole time seemed like you are hanging out with some friends while taking pictures. I felt the pictures came out really well especially when you trust Chi and listen to his instructions. In many of the pictures you can see how Chi was able to capture the moment with an incredible artistic approach. I'm an amateur photographer myself, at times i couldn't understand why Chi was doing certain things or had certain angles. Then when i saw the pictures, i finally realized why he was the professional and i was an amateur. He has a very creative approach and is super dedicated to his craft.
