Hiring the Rock Studio for my wedding and engagement photos was the best decision I've ever made when planning my wedding. I have multiple friends who have gone through the Rock Studio for all of their photography needs and they were very pleased. My experience was excellent as well. When my husband and I were planning our small Vegas wedding one thing that was the most important to us was the photography. Once we contacted Katie she met us first in person to discuss our needs and expectations, which I thought was very helpful. Planning a wedding is stressful, so it was nice to have someone who was eager to answer all of our questions and describe exactly what we can expect on our big day. We're very glad that we had Katie take our engagement pictures first. We've never had professional pictures taken before, so I was very nervous during our engagement session. However, Katie made me feel very comfortable from the beginning and she would tell me and my now husband how to move our hands or straighten our back, all the little things we normal people never think about but make a huge difference in pictures. We had followed Katie's directions for the first half of the session, and then she let us do whatever we felt like towards the end. Once we got our engagement pictures (which was very quick) I was blown away by how beautiful they turned out. Even my husband who is a typical guy and doesn't like to show off pictures took one of the photos and placed it at his desk at work, which got a lot of attention. Our wedding pictures turned out beautiful as well. On our big day we were not nervous at all since it wasn't our first time working with Katie and we knew what to expect. We had so much fun walking around Vegas and taking pictures in iconic places. We also wanted some pictures in the dessert, and Katie picked out a perfect spot on her own free time the day before our wedding so when it was time to actually take the pictures she knew exactly where to go. Sorry for the long review. It's hard to describe my experience with Rock Studio in few words. If you're looking for a photographer I would recommend the Rock Studio in a heartbeat! I absolutely love having pictures taken by Rock Studio. After our family photos were taken in July my son declared he wouldn't let anyone else take his photo. I am sad that I did not have the option to have them take my sons baby photos. I love following them on FB an seeing all their fabulous sessions an weddings. Where do I start? Kaitlyn Mooney was just a joy to work with! I could tell by just talking to her over the phone that she LOVES her job!! My husband Andrew and I picked The Rock Studio to take pictures at our wedding! We honestly couldn't have been happier with the work that Kaitlyn did! Our pictures came out wonderful! I am so happy that we chose Kaitlyn, owner of The Rock studio, to photograph our wedding. On our wedding day, Kaitlyn was the perfect balance of professional and friendly (and fun!).
