Wonderful location! Do not be fooled by the reception area. Called and made an appointment super fast with Tiffany for the next day. Hour long body massage and 30 minute foot massage. We were led to a private room as it was a couples massage. You lay one bed in front of each other on individual massage tables. We removed our clothes and laid face down on the tables with a clean soft sheet on us. Then they came in and started the massage. I am very sensitive and in constant pain. I visited this reflexology/massage place with my three sisters and brother-in-law, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst service experiences we've ever had. To start, the quality of the massages--both foot and back--was incredibly poor. None of the staff appeared trained or knowledgeable in proper technique, and not a single person in our group enjoyed their service. The staff also didn't speak English, which made it impossible to communicate any preferences or concerns during the session. What made things worse was the constant pressure to upgrade or add more services while we were already on the table. This made us feel beyond uncomfortable. The woman at the front desk was just as unprofessional. When asked basic questions about reflexology, she clearly had no idea what it actually was--highly concerning for a place that advertises itself as a reflexology spa. On top of that, she tried to guilt us into tipping despite the awful service. Tipping is a choice, not an obligation, especially when the service is subpar or, in this case, downright terrible. The checkout system even prompted a $20 minimum tip--for a $15 cupping session that was rushed, sloppy, and poorly done. I still left a small tip out of decency, but it certainly wasn't earned. My daughter and I had the worst massage ever. Unable to communicate with the persons since they only spoke Chinese. They did what they wanted, it was so painful using knuckles over bony prominences. I called made an appt. 1 day before for 11am... for a 2hr massage for my mom ( first time) and myself ( 4 time) I was called back later ask to move it to 1:30pm. We both arrived for our appointment with May and Evan! When I arrived with my mother I was told they can only do my mom because they took someone else that had an appt. That is ridiculous. It feels dingy inside and it's not kept quiet. The massage was extremely underwhelming. The foot massage was nothing close to reflexology and the body massage was mostly just pushing. I felt a hot stone on my back and that was nice, but brief. Laying there, I knew i wouldn't be back. I saw the overwhelmingly good reviews and figured I'd try this foot spa since it's a little closer than the one in Davie I usually go to. It was a spur of the moment trip with my 13 year old, as he just wrapped up a long soccer season with a tournament and was feeling like getting pampered. He calls and asks for a foot massage for two of us at 7:30. They ask "what type of massage?" He says "just the feet." Sure, reflexology may be the best answer, but I've been in foot spa's all around, including many in seedy areas of Las Vegas, and when you say feet, they know the drill no matter how bad their English is. We show up, and they ask "hey are you the ones that called?" I said yes, looking at the clock seeing we're exactly on time. "What type of massage do you want? She asks..... "He booked a foot massage. We both just want our feet, no body." Her reply caught me off guard "Okay so you go 60 minutes and he goes 30." To which I replied "No. Why would I do that and leave my son alone? 30 each please." She leads us into the hallway and I see the standard day bed type things you get the bucket of hot water by and I immediately sit down and take off my shoes. She shakes her head "no, no, no. Over here" and points me to a room with a closed door and a bed. The type of bed Robert Kraft would lay down in and love, but I wasn't looking for a massage nor a happy ending. I wanted my feet rubbed, kneaded, and caressed. So I bring this up to the woman, and said "NO BODY RUB...FOOT MASSAGE." She points to the bed and says "yes, foot massage, right here. Right here, he come." Okay, I pride myself in cutting bait in situations I can't win, but this is ridiculous. She's clearly not telling the truth or this place does their foot massages on tables, with closed doors, and without a bucket of hot water. As my son gets led to another room, I'm like "Okay, let's give them the benefit of the doubt here, maybe they warm you up here and move you...." But first, she pops her head in and says "you go 60, he goes 30, right?" I'm like "NOOOOOOOO. 30." I get the massage, and other than lifting up and dropping my feet to the table a few times to stretch them, the feet weren't touched. I'm angry the whole time, just wondering what my son thinks in the other room. Finally, it's done. 30 minutes is up. The masseuse (zero English) walks away. I meet the woman in charge in the hallway and ask my son quickly how it went. "It wasn't a foot massage." I knew this, of course. When she asks how it was I reply "It wasn't what I asked for, four times." She replied with "but you want body massage." I gave her a look of death and shook my head, trying to take the high road yet tell her she's an idiot with my eyes. Then she presses further and gives me this karate chop motion with her hands and says "you get that on your feet, yeah?" Actually, no.....I'm thinking to myself. So I just say "the foot spa beds are right there, we told you what we wanted on the phone, in the lobby, and in the room. This was not a foot massage, but whatever." She then goes on to try to charm us, saying "oh your boy so handsome." To which I ignore and just carry on. I shouldn't have paid, but I'm not like that. It's $60 for two of us, so I whip out my wallet and pay. She sees cash and asks for it, but screw her, I'm not doing her any favors. I said you can run my card. She then cites a $2 fee, which to their credit was posted on a note by the machine, but still, whatever. She runs the card, and then says "wait you can leave a tip here." I don't say anything and just leave it zero, and then she asks if I want a printed receipt, to which I decline as well. Then she has the audacity to ask "do you want to leave a tip on the card or were you going to do cash?" I took this opportunity to say "there will be no tip. We didn't get what we asked for, but we did get service, which is the only reason I'm paying. You know damn well what we asked for and we didn't get it. I'm just going to cut bait and get out of here. "Oh but you say body massage," she continues with her idiotic lies. "No, clearly I didn't. Did we talk about this buddy?" I ask my son, who nods his head and gives them a look like are you f-ing kidding me lady? By now three people are all talking Mandarin and clearly frustrated. They try to talk to me with their b.s. and I just said "goodnight, it's not worth my time. You know what you did." And that's that. A very disappointing experience. If I was some noob to foot spa's, didn't know how they worked, or the lingo, or anything like that, I'd take some blame, but I could NOT have been more direct, or given more benefit of the doubt that they actually knew what they were doing. Absolutely worth it! The foot massages are amazing! Everytime i go, i fall asleep for a little bit. It is so relaxing and once it's all over you feel lile you are walking on clouds! The only thing is that you will hear people talking at times which is a bit annoying so maybe bring some earplugs, hopefully they read this and make some efforts to correct that. My BF opted for the Combo massage which is 1/2 body and 1/2 foot but in a private room for a more in depth massage. The four of us went to get a foot massage. They sat us next to the door where you enter from the tiny waiting room and people are constantly walking in and out with many interruptions. The people that were doing the massage were talking amongst each other making it very unrelaxing! The guy that was doing my message suddenly Grabbed hold of my head and neck and turned it so hard to each side that I felt like he was going to rip my head off. It was extremely uncomfortable and painful and in no way is he licensed to be doing some type of imitation chiropractor technique. At that point I honestly wanted to get up and walk out but did not want to interrupt the others i was with. When it was time to pay I tried to leave 20% and the guy told me that I must not have enjoyed my foot massage because I'm only leaving 20%. He pointed to a hand made chart that they taped to the front desk with emoji's on it. The 20% was an upset emoji face and they wrote something to the effect that it was a bad job. (Even though it was) and that basically it was an insult to leave 20%. He tried and pushed and argued with me to leave 50% pointing to the top of the page. I was so turned off and disgusted that after the job he did he could sit there and strong arm me into tipping him 50%. The tactic is disgusting and I'm not the first person they've done that to! I wound up leaving him more money to shut him up and I tried to compose myself! I am used to going to high end places and being in a professional environment dealing with professional people.
