She's gentle but firm and knows where to get the pressure points. I typically do the 1/2 foot, 1/2 back $55 but I ended up doing the 60 min foot and 30 min back for $80. Either way you really get your moneys worth. The place is clean overall as they switch all the sheets after the customer leaves and your feet is soaked in a bucket with a sterile bag over the bucket. They also have a punch card and the 10th one you get a 1 hr free foot massage. For prices for this massage you cannot beat it. I always feel super relaxed after leaving yaya spa. read more

Yaya Spa was way better than I anticipated. We called ahead and went in as walk ins. I got the 60m combo and wife got 60m feet. The space looks like it has a couple private rooms in the back but the majority of service is in a communal room with a row of beds. We got seated next to each other. Both got a male masseur. My step by step experience follows: he came with a bucket of warm water (to clean feet?). Laid back with feet in bucket, towel placed over eyes, while he worked on my both arms. He dumped the water and then started on the feet. Did each foot/calf. All felt good. Next felt like hot stones on both legs. After my feet were done, I was told to roll over and he worked on my back in the same bed. No removal of clothes. Luckily I wore a looseish tshirt. He mostly worked under the shirt from the top of my shirt. No weird head/scalp stuff (yay in my book). He did my neck/shoulders very well. Maybe due to easy access? I've been having consistent lower back pain and whatever he did do there helped it feel a lot better. There were no sketchy moves or being shorted on time. The minus star is due to the nature of the setting. Ambiance was overall very nice but then two other customers came in half way in and one of them fell asleep and was snoring like crazy. Our relaxing was cut very short to wondering if this person was going to die of sleep apnea every 3 minutes. Other than this potential, it was great. Little bottle of water when we were done. The place overall is very affordable (most of their hr massages are under $55), so try to tip $10 or more if you can, they prefer it. I expected to be allowed to choose the fragrance of oil as they do in several places. But that was not offered and I never did get essential oil with the massage. I brought it up with the gentleman at reception who said he forgot. And right after proceeded to ask how I would pay the gratuity, ignoring the lack of essential oil & no apology. It was my first time coming here; and we did a couples massage for Valentine's Day. I don't remember our masseuses names but both ladies were great. Not going to lie at first I felt my masseuse was going a little too hard. I was going to mention to her to ease up on the pressure. But after a while it was actually what I needed. The massage room was 1 big room lined with massage beds so everyone is in the same space. It's pretty dark with some colored lights on. Your feet is placed in a foot thingy with warm/hot water before the foot massage starts. Also when your body is being massaged they use oils On you so just be aware of that. They didn't use any that bothered me but just wanted to give an fyi. My 1st time I went was because I was interested in the reflexology foot massage. But I booked a combo because it seemed like a really good deal. I should've done some research because when he was working on my feet it hurt so bad ( after googling.....after the fact( dnt judge me) it says it's suppose to hurt). I got the combo massage and the body massage felt really good at the pressure it was at. I felt really good after the massage but my feet were still sore. So when I booked my 2nd massage a couple weeks later, I asked for the same person & I just requested that he adjust the pressure used on my feet and it was perfect. They even confirmed that I liked the pressure the 2nd time around and that it worked out better for me. The massages are relaxing. Definitely will go back & continue to get the combo massages. Sorry Ya Ya... my experience was a No No. I was very dissatisfied with my massage. My "masseuse," if you wanna call him that, kept falling asleep while massaging my feet. I kept feeling him stop then jerk right back up into the massage. He kept doing this repeatedly. Let me tell you, I kept peeking under the cloth they put over your eyes... and tell me why this guy was "massaging" my foot with one hand and using his other hand on his phone. I was getting soooo upset but decided to stick through. They close at 9 and my appt was at 8. I guess I made a bad decision by going an hour before they close. I still tipped the guy. Honestly, I felt bad. I finally took off that cloth from over my eyes to show him that I see him and that he better get his act together. He was so unenthusiastic about the whole thing. He'd massage with his head leaning back and that's when I realized this poor guy is really tired. In the midst of all of this... I kept hearing someone breathing heavy. I mean.... veryy heavy!! Another masseuse was breathing hella heavy but let me tell you I was peeping him and he sure was getting all into his work.
