The owner was in the store when I arrived and, after we BSed for a while about unrelated topics, we looked at the arcade games. He gave me plenty of time to play around on them and answered all my questions with all the information I could want. I ended up purchasing a multi game arcade machine and the store purchased my pool table. The installers took my old table and set up my arcade machine. They were amazing. They were clean and efficient. But most importantly, when my young children were overly interested in the new arcade machine they were putting together, the installers included them in the install. Recently, our family decided to sell our pool table. We recommended that the buyer hire a professional billiard company to do the moving. Because of the cost, she decided to hire a handyman. The two men who came did not know how to disassemble the table, and against my suggestion, they attempted to tilt the table to one side. When the weight became too much to handle, they asked for my help. While helping, I suffered a bicep tear. Soon after, the two men attempted to hire some more friends, but the buyer and handyman could not decide on a price. The buyer finally agreed to go with a professional billiard company. We called Billiards N More and spoke to Craig at 2:30 pm on a Saturday, and he was able to put together a couple of guys that did a great job. Just seeing your response shows your extreme lack of professionalism. I have a receipt I can post showing the amount charged including the payment on my cc. As far as matching price, your company chose to do so in desperation of gaining my business. We were leaving. When we came in to dispute it, due to your response, there were customers that walked out of the store at the same time because they no longer wanted to conduct business with you guys. The bench never came in and it was not 3 weeks delayed. When we asked for refund after months, you guys wouldn't even agree to refund the whole amount. Then we asked for delivery of the bench and you realized you couldn't get it to us so you ended up refunding the full amount of the bench. Your ratings on Yelp speak for themselves. I absolutely LOVE the location on Sunset Road!!! I purchased a pool and an air hockey table. Shortly afterwards, I had two floods in my home and then I ended up moving. They kept everything until I moved to my new home and when they came and set everything up, my juke box wasn't working. They immediately came and brought me a new one!!! They've got a customer for life in me. The manager is extremely compassionate and understanding, and you don't find that very much in this town. Ordered a pub table...received 2 emails ultimately stating my order had shipped but when I called the Sunset store I was unfortunate enough to get Susie to "help" me! After "I don't know why our system would email you that" and "send me the email of proof" "sorry our system has glitches" she rudely told me I had to wait 3 weeks for my order to ship so did I "just want to cancel?" I cancelled the order and asked for email proof of order cancellation to which she replied, "we are closed so you will get it tomorrow" again with all her rudeness! I called today to ensure cancellation and got her AGAIN and she says she's the manager and the only one I could speak with! She proceeded to give me attitude, tell me I was a mean person and that I would get proof whenever they sent it and hung up on me! How is this acceptable customer service? Run for the hills! The sales SCAM: I purchased their best arcade setup for about $6K after tax. They didn't tell me when I bought this that they have 2 sets of joysticks and that they won't work correctly for certain games. For example: They installed the smaller joysticks for ms pacman, galaga, etc. These do not work properly for any fighting games like street fighter, mortal kombat and tekken. So they'll try to sell you on how they can load it with 7,000 games, but they don't say those games won't respond properly. The DECEPTION: I told them my fav games are ms. pacman, galaga, street fighter and mortal kombat, however they didn't explain the joysticks won't work right across games that use tall joysticks vs small. Also, I thought these were original arcade games they modify and add more, but they rebuild the unit and put a tv/computer box inside. So you're buying a composite wood gaming system they build themselves, so I'd just recommend buying a flatscreen tv/computer, download the games and buy a few joystick panels online. I mean I could've bought a maxed out macbook pro at this rate. The HUSTLE: I could've bought two $3K arcade game setups with different joysticks on each machine. However, they will charge me a 30% restocking fee if I want to do that, so I'll lose about $1800 since they didn't disclose this to me from the beginning. The DELIVERY DAMAGES: They strapped down this machine so tight on the truck that it damaged the graphics on both sides and the front. Also the plexiglass protecting the monitor was scratched in several places. They took about 2 months to fix it saying they were going to reprint the graphics. They replaced the plexiglass, but they didn't reprint the graphics. They just did a cover job and tried to smooth it out. The TERRIBLE COMPANY: They are all about cutting corners and very argumentative despite spending thousands of dollars. They don't keep their word, making all sorts of promises and taking so long that unless you have a credit card company that allows you to go back 3+ months then they will take advantage of you. Tons of promises so I waited patiently and then they throw all their policy at you. Sorry we dropped the ball, but this order is quite old now so we'd have to charge you 30% restocking if you don't want the unit anymore. "Well we fixed it and I'm sorry if it's not according to your standards, but the majority of our customers are very happy with our products." I just want you to keep your word. Don't tell me you're going to reprint the graphics on the unit and then do a subpar patch job. Don't tell me your games work perfectly and how happy your other customers are, while simultaneously telling me how you have 2 sets of joysticks, so of course the responsiveness won't work like the original arcade games. I am just not in the habit of supporting companies that have these deceptive practices. The more people that go here the longer they stay in business to scam people. Avoid at all cost. read more

Got a good deal on a used table from Biliards N More in late March couple weeks before COVID lockdown. Bought it on a Saturday and they came out the following Saturday to deliver and install it. The two guys they sent out did a great job of lugging the slate up a flight of stairs, installing new cloth and leveling it in under 90 mins! Great service from start to finish. I am really quite confused about the few bad reviews on here because they are fantastic. GREAT customer service. The come right out to deliver and install. If anything is wrong they come right out to fix it. They are knowledgeable and know what they are doing. I don't think the products are over priced at all. Yeah sure you can find stuff online "cheaper" but what happens when you need something fixed? Are you going to ship this huge product back to an online store? Good luck with that. Pros The showroom is nice Cons Good luck getting them to show up to do repair work. They were 0 for 2 showing up for me and I wasted a Saturday morning waiting for them to not arrive. I went to this location to see about getting my pinball game repaired. I setup and appointment for the following Saturday. They said they would be there between 10-12. At 12:30 they had not showed up or called. I called them and they told me they were really busy and could not come out that day. I asked why they didn't call me to tell me so I was waiting all morning for them. They had no answer. I rescheduled and called them the night before to make sure they were still coming. They told me it was good I called because they were short a tech and could not keep the appointment. I asked them why they did not call me, especially after doing a no call/no show the first time. They said they forgot and offered to reschedule a third time. Instead of giving them a 3rd chance I called Planet 9 pinball. Nick from Planet 9 came out the next day and did an awesome job. We were looking for Practice Pro Pocket Reducers and shopped online and found them, but we wanted to see if there was any locally. We called and asked if they would price match and "the manager" agreed to price match the product at $35. When we arrived and were ready to purchase, the salesman (Jason) pulled up the website again and added shipping cost to the price, which made it $46 plus tax. Typical BAIT AND SWITCH tactics! We drove all the way from North Las Vegas for this (30 min to/1 hour from). Complete waste of time and gas. We did not buy the product and decided to buy it online. BTW, we bought three sets for ourselves and teammates, and got free shipping. Don't waste your money at the store. They mark up everything twice as much as you will find it online. Our product online retails for $39.99 and was on sale for $34.99 for the past three months. Their price for the product was $56.99 plus tax for the same product firm. That's even more then MSRP!!! I know that this isn't a lot of money for some people, but if they gouge you on the small ticket items, they are most likely doing it on the larger ticket items.
