In an effort to let them know of a problem on the internet that could effect their sales, I said "the internet said you were closed so I wanted to check". Interrupting me mid sentence he said "the internet says we open at 10am". While looking directly at the newly refreshed web page that differed, I attempted to explain further, but INTERRUPTING AGAIN, he said "we open at 10am". This guy needs to be schooled on proper phone etiquette when dealing with customers, much less with other human beings.
