Forget someone asking if they can help you. And please do not try to exchange or return anything. It is a waste of time. Keep what you have, even if you're unhappy with it.

Chose every option number offered and each time, I received 1 ring and the recorded message "no one is available to take your call" and I am returned to the previous general recording that is worthless.
