This works well if you have experience with past renovation projects and can project manage the implementation of the design. Or you can get a package where Vyanka and team will manage all the details. After 3 design sessions, Vyanka provides you a very detailed construction plan with detailed 2D layouts, measurements, and location of every fixture, hook, control valve, light,...ect. We found ourselves referring to the construction package every day as our contractor had questions. Vyanka takes your inputs and incorporate them in 3-4 different options and provide material selections from high end, middle, and budget friendly. On my last few bath remodel, I used Lowe's and Home Depot fixtures. But we are glad that Vyanka introduced us to some very nice fixtures that are like jewels that elevated the entire Masterbath. I signed on for the 10 hour design block purchase and I can't express how disappointed I was with the process. I was doing a total home remodel, so I hired Gina to help me with my design, I thought I would save more money by hiring a professional, little did I know I would end up losing money and not even having anything to show from designer Gina supposed expertise . I had my kitchen designed by another company and asked Gina to met me there, she draw some circles on the existing kitchen design representing recess lights and helped pick out a floor and backsplash to compliment the kitchen design, which we couldn't use because it was a little too dark for our taste. The next meeting was at a tile place to help us choose bathroom flooring to complement the wall tile that my husband and I had already chosen. Again she chose a black tile that was too dark for our taste. Now each of these locations we spend a little over one hour and I tried to find locations to shop close to her, so she would not have to drive far from her location. The next time we were suppose to meet to choose lighting, she canceled and was out for fourteen plus days, I was going to move on because I was on a time schedule, but she asked me to wait for her and I did. At that time I had about 6 hours left from the 10 hours bundle. Again we were suppose to meet to choose draperies, her assistant text me and said Gina had to cancel because something happen. When I told Gina I was requesting a refund, it was then that my remaining time started rapidly disappearing, she was taking minutes from me for texting and emailing her. Example I sent a text and ask Gina if I should put my tile for the shampoo nook vertical or horizontal, she circled it and sent it right back to me and then deducted 10 minutes from my time. Had I known she would be deducting minutes off for texting or emails I would have kept records of everything. Now according to her print out she's saying that it's a no charge for text and email, if that's true, then where did all my hours go especially when she canceled several meetings. I would never refer her or this company to anyone. If you do decide to use this company keep meticulous notes of every interaction. I hired Simmons Interior Design Studio to help me unscramble design elements that I wasn't sure would work together in a Contemporary Mid Century kitchen. With a lot of hand holding and patience Eugeneia came up with the perfect design. She was able to incorporate my wish for a coffee bar and custom banquette into the galley kitchen space. Eugeneia was also able to utilize a few cabinets I purchased into her design so that I didn't waste the materials or money I already spent. I highly recommend her, she is really talented at space planning. I had a difficult time visualizing the finished design, but with her sketching skills, material samples and her time spent explaining, I was finally able to envision it.
