I see lots of raving reviews on other non-invasive and more skin-based, aesthetic services which I did not have done. I was excited to find a seemingly decent place to maybe start going to regularly, and this was my first time getting filler, which I thought would be taken a little more seriously by the medical professional/owner/"injector" (Daisy). Upon arrival the vibe was just kind of off. I was questioned about my job and it was downplayed, weird comments were made about how "big of an employer they are". I do not know how many times she mentioned how "expensive" her services are. More time was spent cleaning up to close shop than mapping out my lips. I have no paperwork on the product in my lips and received zero aftercare essentials, not even an ice pack. Lol. She'll have to set you up on a call with a random NP to get clearance to administer filler beforehand. My lips immediately swelled and it was so bad I cannot believe she even took a picture of them while I was in the chair, but I had hope as I know swelling and lumpiness is super common at first. Months and massages later they still look so bad. I've already scheduled a dissolving appointment elsewhere. And obviously pictures of my botched lips are missing from all their social platforms. Oh, and lastly, if you decide to use a credit card instead of cash, she will make a comment about that also. There are lots of other clinics within a ten mile radius that will actually treat you as a patient and with professional intent/aftercare. I would strongly recommend going that route, not here.

She is so professional, patient and caring and so good with her trade. It took me some time to decide that I want microblading done and select by whom - I felt really good about it after my first touch up. For me it really helped to get microblading done, since my eyebrow hair is so fine it didn't make a dark, uniform shade, though i never really gone crazy plucking them. Once I trusted Jessica the results really spoke for themselves, but you have to give it time to mature, and really just trust her. She explained everything, not just the whole procedure but the aftercare and what to expect, even all my questions I've texted her during my healing. I miss her between appointments. I never received a call back and I really didn't think much because it was the holidays. In the beginning of January, I called again and left a second voicemail requesting an appointment. I finally received a call back and the technician gave me a date and time for the procedure. She never though took down my name or contact information. I never received an appointment reminder from the business. The day of my appointment, it was storming, but I still managed to arrive on time to this appointment. I went into the establishment, and one of the technicians said that my technician wasn't there yet that she was running late. That's all she said, so I decided to sit and wait. Five minutes later another woman came in and she asked if I had an appointment. I said, yes, I'm here for microblading. She then went and talked to the other employee and I could hear them discuss how my technician wasn't coming in. After five minutes of hearing them talk, one of them came out and told me that my technician was not coming in because one of her family members was in an accident. She also said that my technician was trying to get a hold of me, but couldn't find my number. I told the employee that she probably couldn't find it because she never took down my name or contact information. This employee kept on saying.... I know this is so unprofessional. Then she said you can call your technician because she wants to talk to you. I said, I don't have her number. So she gave her contact number and said she was sorry. I left without saying a word because I was very upset and to make matters worse it was raining harder. I decided not to call the technician because if she is this unprofessional with her clients, I can't imagine how her actual procedures might turn out. I can't trust a business that doesn't follow basic business etiquette.
