I decided to wait several months post injection and also decided to post on Yelp as they will just delete Google reviews and argue unprofessionally with clients in comments. I see lots of raving reviews on other non-invasive and more skin-based, aesthetic services which I did not have done. I was excited to find a seemingly decent place to maybe start going to regularly, and this was my first time getting filler, which I thought would be taken a little more seriously by the medical professional/owner/"injector" (Daisy). Upon arrival the vibe was just kind of off. I was questioned about my job and it was downplayed, weird comments were made about how "big of an employer they are". I do not know how many times she mentioned how "expensive" her services are. More time was spent cleaning up to close shop than mapping out my lips. I have no paperwork on the product in my lips and received zero aftercare essentials, not even an ice pack. Lol. She'll have to set you up on a call with a random NP to get clearance to administer filler beforehand. My lips immediately swelled and it was so bad I cannot believe she even took a picture of them while I was in the chair, but I had hope as I know swelling and lumpiness is super common at first. Months and massages later they still look so bad. I've already scheduled a dissolving appointment elsewhere. And obviously pictures of my botched lips are missing from all their social platforms. Oh, and lastly, if you decide to use a credit card instead of cash, she will make a comment about that also. There are lots of other clinics within a ten mile radius that will actually treat you as a patient and with professional intent/aftercare. My brows look like 2 completely different brows. One is longer than the other , one is thinner than the other and they both have a different shape....no hair strokes except for one little line on the left . Its not good at all......like a kid took a colored pencil and drew on my face. I have to fix them every day to not look like my eyes are skewed and now am having to get laser to remove them. I just came in for a hydrofacial and it was a great experience. It was clean and pretty in the suites and both of the ladies I spoke to were friendly and knowledgeable. The hydrofacial left my skin glowing and doesn't have any down time which I wanted. The lady gave me a few tips and recommendations but wasn't pushy, which I have found in other places that they expect you to book the next appointment right away or purchase something else. I see Grace for my electrolysis, and facials. My facial hair needs treatment is less and I hope by the end of 2025 all the facial hair will be dead. The facial are a whole different level. My skin is looking better after each facial. My skin grows and my dark spots are fading. I cannot recommend Grace and A Nurses Touch high enough. Daisy was nice, appeared knowledgeable but I wouldn't recommend going here for your brows. This review is after about 1 year with my brows. I had old Microblading that I needed touched up, the color is fine, a little dark but the reason for 1 stars is she didn't go over the old brow, she made a new tail on the left side saying her placement was better. Now I have two ends of my eyebrow, she never discussed that with me. When I told her I could clearly see the old one she said "it's barely noticeable , it'll fade". I've waited, I even use chemical peels on the old one and I still have it. I'll have to get it professionally removed after having a consultation somewhere else. read more

My husband knew I wanted to have my eyebrows filled in and got a recommendation from a Co worker to A Nurse's Touch. He purchased a few gift certificates for my birthday, made the $100 deposit and made an appointment for me with Michelle. The office was clean and I was offered a bottled water. There was also coffee available. Michelle is friendly, welcoming, and has a positive vibe. She immediately numbed my brows and gave me a form to compete while I waited. Her room is bright and decorated nicely. She went over the after care kit she provides, the process we'd be going through, and colors. She measured/evaluated my face about 4 times throughout the process. I had my eyebrows microbladed 5 years ago and this didn't hurt as much as that process did. The numbing cream helped, but eventually did start wearing off. Still didn't hurt as much. I just had them done yesterday and I know I need to heal and I go back in 6 weeks for a touch up, but so far I'm loving them. read more

So it's been like 5 weeks since my eyebrows were tattooed, Well apparently you have to shave the hair before tattooing, I didn't know since I've never had one , my eyebrow hair is now deeper down in the skin , She didn't shave them off she just tattooed over them !! *This is just an honest, fact-based review without any attack on character* Oh my goodness, after spending nearly $700 (tips included) you want to be in love with your brows... I'm having to pay even more to get them fixed by another artist now. I gave two stars because at least the shape is fine, so it's not a total train-wreck. I honestly should have just not gone to the second appt. They were better before. I wanted hair-like strokes so that is the only reason I saw any point in going back for the second appt. Well I shouldn't have. I didn't get to pick my color and was told that auburn would make them look more natural. I voiced my concerns that I didn't want auburn, but an ashy blonde/brown. I was reassured that it would heal ashy with no tint of red. Well it didn't. It looks like I have a permanent sunburn on the fronts of my brows. And the hair strokes don't look like hair strokes, they look like colored pencil lines. Not at all hair-like. I have to fill in between the lines (of what was supposed to look like hair) and cover over the red with a pencil. The whole reason I had them done in the first place was to not have to pencil in brows anymore. Only one brow showed any "hair strokes" anyway. The one without looks slightly better, but I still have to pencil over the red, and they don't look natural because there are no real looking hairs. I waited two weeks to see how it settled before I said anything. Then I was told that "the body decides the look of the brows" (the body didn't choose auburn, that was chosen for me), and that I'd have to come back for an additional appt for an additional fee for any corrections. (See picture for text convo) If "the body chooses the look" then it sounds like a risk too big to keep taking while my bank account suffers for it. I so wanted to love this, but it was not a good outcome and neither myself nor my husband are happy about it. I see that there are only 5 star reviews here, so my guess is this will likely be removed, but if anyone happens to see it in time, maybe it will save you a frustrating experience. When you're making a decision to tattoo your face, I believe you should be able to read honest reviews (but everything is censored these days). read more

Daisy recently invested in the latest electrolysis machine and it works wonders! She is knowledgeable and has a lovely stylish boutique setup. The business also offers a variety of other services. I have started seeing Amy, who is also a licensed nurse, for facials. When I say Amy knows her stuff and can customize for any skin type or pigmentation is it not an exaggeration! I have a severe aspirin allergy which has not allowed me to get facials or chemical peels in the past. Amy was able to customize both to prevent an allergic reaction. I go see Daisy for electrolysis. She has always been very helpful and knowledgeable. She is also very accommodating with her schedule. The office space is very clean and she takes great care to sanitize in between clients. So let me just say this, the problem started when Daisy drew the outline for where the microblading was to be done. I told her that one side was larger than the other and that the lines looked crooked and she said don't worry about that. I thought to myself how do I not worry when that's the outline for where the microbalding is to be done. Once she completed and I got up to look in the mirror it took everything in me to not break into tears! I told her that one was bigger than the other and she acted as if she couldn't see it. As we went back and forth she brought out rulers to try to show me that they were the same in length and width and this is where they are supposed to be based on the ruler she placed on my head to do the outline. I told her that I do not care what her rulers say I know how and where I want my brows. I even showed her multiple pictures of how I wear them. She really could care less about what I had to say. She laid me down in an attempt to correct the issue but worked on the brow that was the larger one doing more harm than good. After looking at them a second time I still expressed to her that I was not happy. She then started to say I've never had this problem omg your gonna make me have a panic attack. I'm thinking to myself wtf give you a panic attack girl, I'm the one with the messed up brows! After going back and forth with her I just decided to pay the money and leave. Even then I expected her to say since your not happy just pay me half but oh, no. She took the full payment and also showed me on the pin pad how I could leave her a tip. A tip! This lady is so full of herself and let's these 5 star reviews go to her head. I went here for electrolysis hair removal. I wanted this to work so badly and was hopeful due to all of the high ratings. However, it did not improve my hair growth at all what so ever. I had almost 10 sessions and realized that my session times were never getting shorter (which they should if you're going weekly for 30 minutes, either I should have been able to go longer in between sessions, only going every few weeks, etc or the session time should have been less from 30 min down to 15 and then eventually not needed at all if hair growth was being reduced) nor was I having any less hair growth between sessions. At $60 per session and close to 10 sessions, I am beyond disappointed that I have spent almost $600 and I have no difference from before I ever started. I have had laser hair removal before and that worked well but wasn't a permanent solution, like electrolysis is advertised for. Unfortunately, laser hair removal was a ton cheaper and more effective. I don't give out a negative review lightly and would like to reiterate that i'm not unhappy because I didn't have as good of results as I would have liked, I sincerely believe there are absolutely no results or difference from the sessions I had done here. read more
