I do not know how many times she mentioned how "expensive" her services are. More time was spent cleaning up to close shop than mapping out my lips. I have no paperwork on the product in my lips and received zero aftercare essentials, not even an ice pack. Lol. She'll have to set you up on a call with a random NP to get clearance to administer filler beforehand. My lips immediately swelled and it was so bad I cannot believe she even took a picture of them while I was in the chair, but I had hope as I know swelling and lumpiness is super common at first. Months and massages later they still look so bad. I've already scheduled a dissolving appointment elsewhere. And obviously pictures of my botched lips are missing from all their social platforms. Oh, and lastly, if you decide to use a credit card instead of cash, she will make a comment about that also. The threader had been working there for five years. She said, the customers can be rude. She seemed tired and was multitasking? I got my eyebrows threaded for $8! The thread was really thick and hurt. Although, she was really fast and mindful of sensitive areas. That's what a pro does! You also get a punch card. That means, once you have gotten your eyebrows done 9 times, the 10th one is free! A great incentive for customers. My eyebrows were definitely cleaned up and more shapely. For me it really helped to get microblading done, since my eyebrow hair is so fine it didn't make a dark, uniform shade, though i never really gone crazy plucking them. Once I trusted Jessica the results really spoke for themselves, but you have to give it time to mature, and really just trust her. She explained everything, not just the whole procedure but the aftercare and what to expect, even all my questions I've texted her during my healing. I miss her between appointments.
