This is my favorite salon because they always do a perfect job and have updated colors continually. I always make an appointment ahead of time because they're usually very busy because they do such a good job. I get a gel manicure every time I'm there, have had them other places and think they're superior at Chic Nails. The owners are incredibly nice and only employ the best technicians. I went into Chic Nails located at 166 Logan Street in Noblesville, Indiana 46060 next to Kroger today... and because they are under new ownership... they are REFUSING to honor gift certificates that are STILL valid. (Expires 07May17) I spoke to the owner over FaceTime and asked him if he was willing to lose business over this, and he just kept saying NOTHING other than I should try to contact the old owner because they would lose money and the certificate was no good with them. They have kept the SAME NAME, the SAME ADDRESS, SAME SIGNAGE and operate under at the SAME LOCATION. NOTHING in the small writing on the certificate said anything about any change of ownership. In my opinion, I should not have to eat $45.00 because they changed ownership especially since outstanding gift certificates should have been addressed in their purchase contract with the previous owner. Cost of doing business, in my opinion, if it was not covered. Bad customer service to tell me to take it up with the previous owner and then tell me that the previous owner never answers his phone. Outside of the technicians time (which I ALWAYS tip well for) what money and materials are they losing? A couple coats of polish? I will go elsewhere and look into this with the Better Business Bureau. read more

I called this morning for pedicures for 2 people. Asked if they openings . The girl said she had 2 at 1130. Told her we would take it. She took my info. Got there 1130 and said he didnt have us. Looked at my phone, called at 940. He looked at his phone said I didn't call. This is 2nd time this has happened. Poor service. My mom is 87 could not endure 2 hrs . read more

I went here for the first time to get my nails done for prom. This place was recommended by a friend because of their friendliness, price and that they did a good job. I was very impressed! I called and made an appointment a few days before. I walked in 3 minutes before my appointment at 1 and had to wait for about 15 minutes while they finished the people in front of me, but I spent the time choosing a color. The guy that did my nails was very nice and asked what I wanted, just a gel manicure, and my nails looked perfect at the end. The price is also very reasonable, 28 for a gel manicure. It's been a week and my nails are still in perfect condition. read more

I kept getting the same guy who didn't do a very good job where I normally go, so I decided to try this place by Kroger -I just got a pedicure. One of the main reasons I get pedicures is because I get so much thick skin on the bottom of my feet. I prefer the places that use the replaceable razors because I know the razor wasn't used on someone else foot. Unfortunately this place uses multiuse tools - opens you up for "Onycomycosis" - foot fungus -that gives you the thick toenails etc. Just "cleaning" and "sterilizing" these things does not always make them clean. Skin stays on some of those tools - especially embedded in pummus stones and stuff . So I was disappointed when she brought out pummus stone (which you definitely should not use on multiple people) and emery board, and one of the things that looks like a cheese grater - I could have done that stuff myself. I go get a pedicure for a more professional job - At one point when trying to neaten things up she started using the emery board ON MY SKIN! It hurt and I said "that's my skin" - she said "you cut too deep - " referring to the poor condition of my feet - well -yes, but that had nothing to do with her using an emery board to smooth out my skin! You don't use an emery board on SKIN. - The bottoms of my feet are so rough now skin actually gets caught on things - I"m worse than when I started out - before it was thick skin -but it was smooth - now the bottom of my feet and toes are like sand paper! Also, they have beautiful chairs but they are made for people 6' tall - if you want a shoulder massage - you get your head banged on (like that everywhere though) and beautiful tubs which they DO clean out - at least while I was there they did. I'm not sure if they are all licensed or not - based on my experience, I suspect that they may not all be licensed or have taken classes for any of this. read more

i had a very relaxing experience with Gemma. I walked in and made a mani-pedi appointment for an hour later so I could run errands. When I returned I got right in. The massage chairs are amazing, and Gemma was really thorough, making sure everything was done the way I liked is. I will definitely return! read more
