After doing some digging here on Yelp, I found Hanna! She has a room inside of an office building in Carmel and works independently. I called her to schedule my appointment. I arrived a few minutes early and she was ready for me with hot water in the basin. I only did a pedicure and was pleased with how gentle and thorough she was. She did a foot scrub and massage for a long time. It was lovely! I didn't have her put on any nail polish today because my toes look so nice without it. On top of the service being such a great experience, Hanna is so kind! She is talkative and friendly and an open book... I really enjoyed listening to her stories about her two sons and learned so much about her. I have a vacation coming up and I have a feeling I will be calling Hanna to get me in for a manicure before I jet off!

I scheduled the following: - Saturday 2/6/26 - full tap gel x set on at 1:30 with Kate. - Friday 2/20 - replacement right thumb with Alex (free of charge!) - Wednesday 2/26 - further replacement for left pointer nail. I decided to say to heck with it and just get everything redone. $60+ later, I get home Wednesday evening and noticed my left thumb was already cracked. -Saturday 2/28 - went back at 6:15pm to repair( they close at 7 according to online and their door signs) doors were locked. - Saturday 3/7 - (they're closed sundays and I work during the week), I called to get my thumb nail repaired from my 2/26 visit. I wanted to call first to make sure someone would be available and avoid last weeks' situation. No answer. Called 3x periodically. Keep in mind, I am not doing any hard labor etc. the tap gel x is supposed to last several weeks so it's frustrating that I've had to go back 4x in a single month with the amount of $ spent. This makes it disappointing to leave a review under these circumstances. During a recent eyebrow service completed by the female owner, Vee, I communicated that I wanted my eyebrows thinner. She proceeded using a device, and within 24 hours I developed welts underneath and around my eyebrows, followed by minor pain and visible bruising. I will be attaching photos for reference. I initially attempted to address this concern by phone, but Vee advised she could not hear me. I then visited the salon in person to show the bruising and seek a resolution. I spoke with her boyfriend, who is also an owner, and he called for her to come speak with me. As they spoke in their native language, Vee avoided all contact with me and did not acknowledge my presence, nor did she inquire as to why I was there or address the visible bruising at all. I take confrontation seriously and approach it with the intent to resolve issues respectfully. Because of this encounter, I strongly disagree with the attitude displayed by Vee and the owners' inability to acknowledge or address the injury left behind. For this reason, I will no longer be a customer at this establishment. The quality of work itself has generally been good; however, future customers should be aware that if concerns arise, there may be issues with accountability and customer service, which does not appear to be a priority.

For me, I have only had gel painted on my fingernails and I would say it is just OK. The gel polish they use seems to peel/chip quickly when compared to other brands but again, it's super affordable and certainly not bad. I would definitely book an appointment but don't expect that to be the exact time you get in, I do agree that their timing and ability to get people in and out in a timely manner is not great. They have never been terribly busy any of the times I've visited BUT always seem to be running behind - fair warning.
