The manager (Who previously ignored me three times on the sales floor) just said if "she doesn't want it just damage it out" instead of making any money they're putting it in some "damage" pile.... The quality suited our needs and 2 stars is not for the dresses, but for what makes up much of the experience when excitedly setting out to shop for a nice dress with your teen daughter. We've been to this store twice to make purchases and both times we had to endure terrible customer service from one particular employee. A kind manager stepped in to resolve our situation. As the manager helped us, the employee went to the next register to ring someone else - and we could hear her being difficult with those customers, too!
