These guys are amazing. Brought in a new 4runner for full front xpel PPF and Menzerna sealant. The results far exceeded my expectations. The level of skill and attention to detail demonstrated in their PPF work is insane...every little corner and detail was perfectly wrapped. They custom cut all their pieces which allows for wrapping around edges of panels. That adds a significant amount of effort and complexity to the job but it's the right way to do it. Ron and AJ were outstanding to work with, answered all my questions, squeezed in a last-minute sealant application and got everything done ahead of schedule. What more could you ask for? These guys are beasts! They applied a ceramic coating to my vet and tinted the windows. Came out great! I've never seen windows tinted so well. You can't even see a gap at the top of the glass when the window is cracked open. Then this week I brought the wife's Mazda in for a interior exterior detail. After dirty camping trips with our drooling dog slobbering everywhere, we got the detail done and it looks like a new car again. read more

My review is so long overdue but I knew from my first experience here they highly deserve this 5 STAR REVIEW. I walked into Chicago Auto Pros through a LAST MINUTE referral from a friend and wow was I pleased with the level of customer service & turn around time. I was stuck in a really annoying situation and desperately needed a reliable company to help me out. I walked in and some gentleman named Greg (I later learned was the owner) really eased my anxiety about the scratches I accidentally got on my BOYFRIENDS car (by the way this was the first time I had driven the vehicle alone and we had just started dating). Yikes was I freaking out! Greg came outside with me to look at the damage and he was SO HONEST right away. He quickly got one of his guys on the job and they did their best to get the deep scratches out. It looked way better than I ever imagined after they worked on the car. My Pearl White 2018 Toyota RAV4 got the exterior detailing yesterday, Saturday August 10th. This was my first visit. The RAV4 was in good condition when I arrived, which is why I was blown away when I came back to pick it up. I really didn't know you could get white to glisten like that! What Chicago Auto Pros did really brought out the pearl in the white paint. Amazing. They must have taken a toothbrush to clean and polish the wheels like they did. Beautiful. The tires also got the treatment. I noticed too that they took out a minor scratch on the rear hatch that I had not even pointed out. Wow. I was greeted promptly and courteously when I arrived for my 8 a.m. appointment. Plenty of other people (and HIGH end vehicles) were there too. That told me that they have a good business of repeats and referrals, because this place is in an industrial area, not visible to drive-bys. The entire staff that I dealt with was top-drawer, and a special shout-out goes to Greg Natonson, who showed me around my RAV4 and answered all my b.s. questions. He was very engaging with all my prattling, the mark of someone who is great with customers. Did CAP go under new ownership a couple years ago? Since then I'm not pleased. First their customer service goes down hill, then prices go up, then they remodel the office area. These guys took two full days to buff out my existing issues, fix my failed touchups, then applied an Opti Coat seal to the entire car, windows, and tire rims. The car just sparkles and dirt wipes off so much easier than before. This is the protection all Tesla's need due to the softness of the manufactures paint - this helps to avoid tiny dings and it makes cleaning and maintenance much more manageable. Wow! Amazing experience. Came in to have lamin-x installed on my 2016 M3 and I could not be any more pleased with their work. I'm extremely picky on the way cuts are made and I understand that it's not easy to have such clean cuts but they guys over here blew my mind. I'm anal retentive. I admit it! I've so far had two exterior washes done here, and I've never been happier with a car wash, never. I used to own my own detailing business, and it amazes me how poorly most hand car washes are done. These guys care, and are actually trying to do it right! How refreshing. It's not cheap, but that's not what I'm looking for! If any thing changes, I'll update my review, but so far, 5 stars. I took my car into Chicago Auto Pros for warranty service on Llumar window tint from 12 years prior, which had started bubbling recently. Once confirming it was covered thru Llumar's warranty, I got the window tint replaced. Their team was extremely friendly. They took the time to measure the transmission % through my other window tints and gave me options to either choose a slightly darker one (for more heat block), or choose one that would visually match it. Further, they took more time to show me how they actually apply the adhesive film onto windows without air bubbles; it's something I was struggling with for a completely different work project. Their techniques and suggestions gave me some great ideas to try at work! If I ever needed any type of car detailing, I would not hesitate returning to their location. read more

There was a miscommunication when the reservation was made and there wasn't a courtesy car available when I got there. I paid for a complete interior detail that includes an exterior wash. Every employee from the first phone call through pick up was perfect. Professional, smiling, polite, informative. I've been shopping for a new car and wanted this one to look good for trade-in. I was shocked when I picked up my car. I'm picky and can always find something to complain about. The exterior was spotless. Even the wheels. Interior honestly looks like a new car. An amazingly thorough job on a ridiculously hot day. The only negative- it started raining on my drive home. Great experience! They did a great job installing paint protection film on my F-150. I dropped it off in the morning, they spent the whole day cleaning the truck, polishing it to a near perfect sheen before applying the film. It's only been a month since the install but Im sure its going to protect my baby and look great for years to come! If you find a lower price somewhere else, its because they won't spend nearly as much time prepping the surface of the paint before applying the film. Great job guys! read more

Took my Honda Pilot SUV here last week for the "signature interior detailing" services. It was $240 and pricier than other car detailing places. However, I will only be using this place from now on for car detailing as they were awesome with the interior cleaning. Every crack, crevice, glove compartment (they bag up all your stuff so you don't have to take everything out first), console, air vent, everything was totally cleaned. I am pretty particular with cleaning and they were very detailed (no pun intended). What sets them apart from other places is their eye for detail.
