Like RainX, the coating on the windows sheds water with little need for wipers. What I was very pleasantly surprised by is how effective the ceramic tinting of windows and windshield turned out. It is not just hype. This stuff really blocks the heat. If you hate getting into a hot car in the summer, this is your solution. I was suspicious of putting it on the windshield, but the ceramic tint does not impair visibility in any way and blocks the infrared as advertised. To comply with Chicago regulations I did 50% on the front windows. Once again blocks the heat but not the view along with sufficient privacy when viewed from the exterior. Not cheap, but a worthy investment on an expensive vehicle. I highly recommend.

My bumper had come slightly misaligned. He said the damage was light, but did make several times to get my bumper to snap back into place. Although he was not able to do so, he said that he thought the bumper would be fine and need no repair at this time. He did not charge me anything, although he tried to fix it for about 10 minutes.
