I called to get a quote on FULL window tinting on my 2004 Mini Cooper S. The price quoted was excellent and they were able to get me in the same day for tinting. The manager, Jason, was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. The window tint guy, Richie, and Jason explained different types of tint they carried and different styles that might work best for my vehicle. Came here for Opticoat on my brand new Tesla, which are known to have very soft and easily scratched clear coats. Jason was very accommodating and even gave me his personal car to drive to work while they worked on my car. They buffed and polished the paint to pristine condition and then applied the Opticoat. A few weeks later I started seeing some surface scratching on the Opticoat and Greg offered to have me bring the car to his personal home so he could polish and rebuff the scratches out. We determined that my car needs more of an armor (x-pel) to help protect against rock chips and the abuse that a daily driver will get. I will be taking back in the next few weeks for the armor coating. Opticoat is a strong wax like coating, but it doesn't protect against rocks and scratching. Highly recommended, they will go above and beyond to make their customers happy! read more

Brought my 2021 Honda Accord in this past summer for a ceramic coating quote. The team was super helpful and provided me with 3 different packages, and went over what each package includes as well as details about the coatings. Brought my car back in October and they honored the original quote and made the process incredibly easy. An appointment was set, they had a loaner ready and waiting, and my car was ready 36 hours later. And I gotta say, it looks even better than when I bought it. I bought the car brand new in august of 2021, and the dealership must have waxed the bell out of the thing because it was covered in swirls. All of that is gone and it now looks like it just came off the showroom floor. My only regret is that I didn't take before and after pictures because the job they did is absolutely incredible. I only had the signature hand wash performed and was more than pleased with the results as the dealership should have prepped my new car as well as this facility. However, I was less than pleased to find out that a paint sealant that I wanted would have been $200 instead of the $75 that is price in the brochure and on their website. That and the somewhat cavalier attitude the employee had about the misunderstanding left a bad taste in my mouth. Chicago Auto Pros Detail and Tint does excellent work and use high quality products such as P21S wheel cleaner. I got my car tinted here, this place is the real deal, Jimmy helped me from the initial phone call to the final checkout, he hooked me up with a fantastic price and heck of a deal. I got there 15 minutes after calling to see if they had availability, my car was done in about 4 hours including a 2 bucket hand wash. This place is the highest end detail shop I have ever seen, check out their YouTube if you have any doubts. Price was on the higher end of the places I called but once I realized it wasn't just the llumar ctx series it was the higher end llumar formula one pinnacle series plus the hand wash it sealed the deal. Lifetime warranty on the tint plus a one time oops warranty, they'll replace one window I happen to mess up by being dumb. They have everything you'd need for the weekend warrior home detailer as well in their front lobby, I picked up some product I had seen on their YouTube videos without having to get it shipped! He got me in the next day and was very patient explaining all the differences in tint percentages as well as demonstrating the differences on my car. If your reading this, I'm going to assume your looking to get your car detailed, windows tinted or dent removed around Glen Ellyn and surrounding burbs correct? Look no further then Chicago Auto Pros and call or go in now. This was my first experience with Chicago Auto Pros and it's safe to say I don't need to look anywhere else in the future. I ended up bringing in two cars. All around window tints on my Fusion and front tints and the Full Correction Detail package on a newly acquired Q7. The tints look great... precision cut and quality Llumar Pinnacle film. They're still curing I suppose but I haven't found a single defect or issue. Reasonable and upfront pricing too with a discount for multiple vehicles. The full detail on the Q7...WOW is all I can say. It looks amazing inside and out and almost brand new. I'm pretty particular and essentially every crack and crevice was cleaned. The only thing I can think of that may have been missed would be the bug screen on the sunroof which I wouldn't of ever thought of myself. The single step correction and wax on exterior looks superb. Even removed some scratches that Jason has pointed out during consultation as ones to not expect much with. Wish I would of taken a picture while it was still clean to post. I had a minor issue I noticed after receiving car, dropping off at home and then quickly running to work for remainder of day. I went back right before close and talked with Greg. He couldn't of been more understanding and helpful. No arguing or blaming. Just said "I'll take care of it, when can you come back in?". I was really impressed. So much so that when I brought it back, I had a few dents removed too. Chicago Auto Pros may not be the cheapest but they're reasonable and you're going to get your money worth with above and beyond service that you won't get from other places. I brought my new Audi A7 in for application of opti-coat pro and window tinting. I did some research beforehand and communicated with Jason and Greg via e-mail prior to my appointment. They were able to set me up with a loaner car since they needed the entire day. Despite having picked up the car from the dealership only a few days before, it was amazing how many light scratches were in the paint. They did an excellent job with everything, including the paint correction prior to the opti-coat application. The car looks spectacular. When I picked up the car, I realized I had forgotten to mention the spoiler that automatically raises up on the A7 above certain speeds, and as a result there was some additional opti-coat that needed to be applied. They rescheduled me for a few days later, and finished the spoiler while I waited. They even did my new winter wheels, normally an additional $100, at no extra cost!
