I curbed my brand new Tesla Uberturbine wheel not even a month into owning my Model Y. My heart sank and wasn't sure what to do so I did some research. Finally came across Brighton Auto Detailing and gave them a call. Said they could take care of it and that they would need the car for the day. Very reasonable too ($150 per wheel at the time of this review). I brought it over and immediately saw that this place was legit. Still, I was pretty skeptical that they would be able to make the wheel look like nothing happened. When I came to pick up the car I half expected to be disappointed by unmatched paint glistening in the sun or a wavy surface but to my surprise I could not spot the area that was fixed. The paint match was perfect and they only filed the minimum amount they had to. They are super nice and friendly and they run the shop like a well oiled machine. I just got my car back today and got the "glaze and seal". While they absolutely knocked out of the park the exterior of my vehicle. The interior was pretty much neglected... I just arrived home and gave my vehicle a good look over and while the exterior looks incredible. The interior looks like they didn't really even bother to do anything mentioned in the glaze and seal description. My cup holder had dead skin dust and hair on it. My area between the seat and arm rest gap was gross see pictures. Under my seat looks like it wasn't even vacuumed. I am a pretty reasonable person I didn't expect them to do a showroom detail on my interior. But I do at least expect some moderate amount of effort vacuuming the upholstery in every nook and cranny just like any other detail shop would. I arrived home to look over my car today after they closed and will be calling them tomorrow to discuss a resolution as while the exterior looked phenomenal. I'm not paying 250 bucks for dirt and debris in various areas of upholstery in my car at a "detail shop". read more

I've heard about the place for a while, and when I moved back in the area, I decided to give them a try by bringing my Mercedes first. All other hand wash places I tried in the area are awful. They end up swirling the car more than clean it. Brighton took their time, and I was extremely impressed with the quality of the wash. Car came out spotless and without any swirls let alone damage. Bringing my Maserati next. Totally worth it! Interior and exterior is $50, and it will take half an hour to 45 mins, but you will NOT get this level of wash from ANYWHERE that I know in the area. Showed up on a Thursday late morning with scratches on trunk lid due to a closing garage door. José got my car in right away and had Chase go to work on it. Chase spent about 45 min or so and got 98% of the visible scratching out. The price was more than reasonable. I'm now going to bring our cars here for other services too. My neighbors had their cedar roof stained dark brown and later that night I noticed that both of my cars that were parked outside were covered in dots of brown stain. I tried running them through the car wash as well as hand washing with a foaming soap brush and the stain didn't come off. Brighton squeezed me in and was able to look at one of the cars to see if the stain could be removed. They did a small test with solvent and a clay bar and were able to remove the stain. It took an hour and a half of hand washing, but my little white car now looks as good as new. I'll be having them do my other car also. I had a great experience with Brighton Auto Detailing. My passenger dropped a large Latte in the passenger floor and I forgot about it until I drove the car 4 days later. The car smelled of spoiled milk so bad you could not drive it without the windows open. I talked to Ryan and he got me in the next day with his great crew.
