I ordered a Priority drive belt bike online and wanted professional assembly. Priority Bicycles partners with designated local shops -- in my case Rudy's Cycle -- to offer "trusted" assembly at a discounted price. I called Rudy's to ask about this service before ordering and the rep was dodgy and actually tried to steer me towards another bike brand...one they sell in their store, of course. My experience echoed a previous review here: I did not trust the local shop due to conflict of interest and poor attitude. Michael on the other hand was enthusiastic about the job and about NewBikeDay! as he put it, his price was slightly better, he was available in a couple days...and of course he comes to me! I was eager to watch and learn while he worked. Fender stays were difficult to install, front fork dropout was compressed...I probably would have been defeated if assembled myself, but Michael spent extra time and solved problems.
