The driver who put everything up was apologetic and said I would get a credit due to the inconvenience and lack of communication. The credit never showed up so I called them today. Jasmine was the rudest woman I have dealt with. She gave me attitude, spoke over me and didn't let me talk, she claimed it was all the driver's fault and he's no longer with the company so there is nothing they can do. She said they did submit a $25 credit but it's not there. Not only did Jasmine give me attitude, talk over me, and be rude, she also lied to me.
