The bounce house is CLEAN, I repeat the bounce house is clean! And there's no excessive patch up work on the outside of the bouncer either!! It feels super safe to let the kids go wild. Such a seamless experience. I could book and pay online, and payment wasn't due until time of delivery, which meant I got to see what I was getting before I paid! I was nervous about booking without talking to an actual person but they were very good at reaching out a few days before to confirm everything! And the driver texted when they were headed my way. The young men who delivered for Fly Bounce were very professional and pleasant! Will definitely be using them again and recommending!!

Hubs woke up at 6:45am and they were already in our driveway waiting. Delivery was smooth, setup of the inflatable went well. We had to set up our own tables and chairs - not a big deal. First, their contact us form on their website wasn't working - some issue with the captcha. So I tried emailing with my request and questions about table options. I waited for days, and then I got an anonymous text with a couple of questions in return. So I'd respond, and then days would go by where I wouldn't hear anything again. I called several times and left messages, then I got another text a couple of days later. Finally, I got a text with just a price tag - no itemized breakdown of costs, no responses to my questions about table sizes, nothing. I left another message, asking for an itemized quote and haven't heard back. Its so surprising, considering how responsive and professional they were the past two summers when I rented from them. Itemized contracts, detailed terms. everything you would expect. This time there was none of that. Did they lose their sales staff? Are they going out of business?

We ended up renting their biggest slide for 8+ hours. I reached out to the store and talked to Steve. After telling him what I was looking for he was super helpful and sent over a quote right after we got off the phone. Signed it that day and put a deposit down. They showed up 30 minutes early with the slide on the day of. The crew that dropped it off looked pretty young so I was even more impressed when they nailed the set up so quickly. We were filling up the slide 15 minutes later. Even though the day was a bit chilly at 77 degrees - it didn't keep anyone off the slide for long. Some things I learned since this was my first really big inflatable purchase: - Make sure you have an outlet within 100ft of the inflatable and you probably won't need a generator (depending on your voltage) - The extension cord they provided was a 14 gauge but I switched it out with my 12 gauge lighted cord since we were going to run it continuously for so long. - Use U-Shaped ground anchors to stake the extension cord and water hose to the ground to prevent tripping after set up - and make a couple of yellow tripping hazard sign so no one can sue you.

I received a text the day before stating the driver would be there between 10:15am and 12:15pm. Nobody showed up so I called and there was no answer. I received a call back 20 minutes later and I explained what was happening. They said they would call the driver and call me back. Mind you this was at 12:30 and the party started at 2pm. Nobody got back to me so I started frantically calling and texting around 1pm. Finally I get someone on the phone and she was so rude. She gave me attitude, didn't apologize at all and told me the driver was 3 minutes away. This was at 1:45pm. The driver who put everything up was apologetic and said I would get a credit due to the inconvenience and lack of communication. The credit never showed up so I called them today. Jasmine was the rudest woman I have dealt with. She gave me attitude, spoke over me and didn't let me talk, she claimed it was all the driver's fault and he's no longer with the company so there is nothing they can do. She said they did submit a $25 credit but it's not there. Not only did Jasmine give me attitude, talk over me, and be rude, she also lied to me. I paid over $300 for their services and was the most disappointed I've ever been with any company I've used. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! I would give zero stars if I could.
