Of all the Chicago teams, the Bulls are the one I've seen the least. And that says a lot considering I don't root for the Bear or Sox. The other night I brought my son to just his second Bulls game. We were here a few years ago, which is an eternity in terms of the talent on the court. Gone are the days of miserable Pax/Gar teams (thank God) and replaced by awesome stars like Demar Derozan and Zach LaVine. Aside from the new found talent, I have to say that the entertainment factor here was amazing. As in, leaps and bounds better than any other sporting event we go to (and we go see a lot of games in different sports). The pregame intro is classic, the tv and called timeout skits were terrific and hysterical, and the halftime show was a collaboration of gymnasts and performers that put on one hell of a show. Honestly, I felt like I got my money's worth on non-game entertainment alone (despite not catching a parachuting t-shirt from the rafters)..lol. In addition to the game, I highly recommend getting here early to take in everything the building has to offer. The arena is stocked with Bulls and Hawks championship pennants hanging from the banners. One of their concourses is now home to the once outdoor MJ bronze statue, and we also found the case with Bulls 90's championship trophies. Those brought back fond memories. An exciting team that wins adds a lot of value, I'm not going to lie. But the non-game entertainment factor is phenomenal. Even if you aren't an NBA or Bulls fan, I'd still highly recommend stopping in sometime. GO BULLS! read more

We had a quick stay in Chicago after a family wedding and just had to come see one of the elite NBA teams. Bought great seats same day as the game. The venue is beautiful with lots of fast moving concession stands. And the Uber tent is genius! Team lost that day, but we still had fun. I hope to see another game in the future. read more

If I could give a 0 I would. Bad experience, 4-16-25 playoff game. NBA official website bought tickets in the Benny the Bull popcorn experience which on Ticket master said that popcorn is included in the price of the ticket. I didn't print the details on Ticketmaster when I purchased the tickets. When the Benny the Bull experience happened the person from the Chicago Bulls literally said, don't eat the popcorn, you will all get a gift card for popcorn after the experience. Well 3 quarters later no popcorn, asked 12 people how to get it, where is the coupon etc. after 30 minutes, the staff said only regular season games get it. Well then why did the NBA official website and Ticketmaster promote the free popcorn? The tickets were more expensive in this section and even the rep from the bulls said everyone was getting the coupon. False advertising. At concession stand bought 2 ice creams, got home saw the receipt and was charge for a polish sausage???? WTHeck? Another concession lady literally put a tip on my next purchase and I didn't get a receipt until I was home and I already tipped in cash, so super annoying. Buyer beware, tons of not legit stuff going on at the Bulls games. With everything digital, watch your purchases, get receipts, check them, make sure they aren't adding a tip on your concessions. read more

I've been to my fair share of sporting games back in my NJ/NYC area but I had the most fun while attending the Bulls vs. Knicks game. Although the Bulls aren't my team my husband is a die hard fan and who doesn't love Michael Jordan? The energy was on level 100 from the beginning to the very end (even though the Bulls lost the game). Benny the Bull has to be the most entertaining mascot I have ever seen. Hilarious doesn't even quite fit it. The arena itself is so clean and caters to all types of ages. The bathroom was spotless and the staff in all departments always had a smile on their faces. I can't forget to mention the Chicago Bulls fans, they just made the entire time we were there electrifying. From the dropping of t-shirts from the Benny the Bull blimp, to the band coming up and down the aisles cheering on the crowd, and of course the famous Jordan statue right outside this was one of the best basketball games I had ever attended. Bulls games are always a good time, but I feel like they have really classed up the joint since I went to games as a kid! The stadium was surprisingly clean, including the bathrooms. The employees were ...gasp... helpful. They made sure you found your seat okay and kept checking in to see if everything was okay. They even have a number you can text if a fan is getting to rowdy. One of the fancy security guards in a suit even took a seat next to me for a little bit to chat and ask how the wireless Internet was working for me. It was working awesome and then he left and I couldn't connect for the rest of the night! Parking around the stadium was easy and so was getting in and out of the stadium. I thought it would be more of a madhouse. I was happy to see that they still have the same introduction to the games. I LOVE that they do Special Olympics games before the Bulls play. I've been a partial season ticket holder for years and A big NBA fan so how could I give anything less than 5 stars for da bullz. It's defiantly a good albeit an expensive experience to see them live I feel it's worth it. The united center is worth wandering around when you have extra time and exploring their displays of the bulls and other teams. It's also a good way to discover other food and drink offerings. They do have more than the standard vendor stations so defiantly walk around to see what you find. A great time always. Season ended pre-maturely. But considering all the injuries they had, they did great. Despite having to put up with John Lucas, who just knows how to dribble the clock away and take the team out of it's offense. D-rose will heal and come back and will Deng. Despite fans booing Boozer, we need him. He shoots over 50% and thus gives Rose the room he needs. Works the pick and roll well with Rose too. I have to say that the Chicago Bulls are truly a fantastic operation. Not only is the team good, but the Marketing and PR teams went out of their way to make a memorable outing for a special friend of mine. The day of the game, I made a request to the PR team to put together something special for someone I hold close to me. I used to coach traveling baseball, and there was kid, Kevin, who pretty much became my little brother. Recently, Kevin's father passed away unexpectedly. In his mid fifties, and he left behind a family with three kids. This loss has been very hard on Kevin, and he has stayed strong and continued to excel as in school and athletics, despite everything working against him. My request was to do something special for Kevin so that he would remember his experience. One of the PR members called me back shortly after leaving my message and told me to swing by the administration desk before the game. He said they would put something together for Kevin. That night we arrived at the stadium and made our stop by the administration room. The PR contact met me and greeted Kevin. "On behalf of the Chicago Bulls, we would like to present you with this gift". They handed Kevin an official Chicago Bulls bag, a CJ Watkins autograph and a really cool 90s hardcover following all the championship Chicago teams. I have to say that it really made him happy. I'm sure he would have flipped for a D Rose autograph, but hey CJ is a good guy and he recently re-tweeted one of my tweets. That gets him extra points in my book. We got in early and watched the teams warm up. We got in early enough that we were able to watch the game from the lower level. We sat mid court, 8 rows up, and watched a game that went down to the last shot. It was one of the most fun nights that I've had in a while. Thank you Chicago Bulls for making a wonderful experience for a special person. You've got a big fan here, and I can't wait to tell others how positive my experience was. Go Bulls! read more

The boyfriend and I have season tickets this year for the first time, and we've been having a great time. We're on the Lexus Club level and it's really much nicer than I was even expecting. There are coat checks, huge open bars through the corridor, lots of lounges with sofas, a lot of ATMs, food counters, and then the NICEST part- each seat has its own menu and we get our own server who stops by to see if we want to order anything. We never have to leave our seats. The views of the court are fantastic!! With the season pass also comes a parking space right in front of the United Center. My only complaint- and every woman will probably be familiar with this- not enough ladies restrooms for the venue. Always a line.... read more

Oh how fun! Watching a game on TV makes everything look pretty big. In person, it's a very different story--it all seems much more intimate. I suppose it depends on where you sit (I had good seats thanks to a work relation) but still...even if you are in the 3rd balcony, they work to involve you, whether it's Benny the Bull wandering about with who knows what, or t shirts being parachuted from the rafters to who knows where (got one!) there is something going on at all times in addition to...oh yeah! really? ...the game! In addition, I suggest you speak to those around you. No doubt you will strike up an interesting conversation, which will make the time you spend here that much more enjoyable. People are fun, especially when they've come out and made the effort to have a good time. Ask your seat mate where he/she ate, for instance. Guaranteed good conversation. (Steak.That's my guess. Rib eye? Strip? Filet? That's up to you.) The whole experience is so enjoyable...I have no complaints. Yeah, a beer is 7.50 and a shot is 10.75 (!!!) but....other than that? I'll update with that last star when we hang another banner. I've had Bulls season tickets for the last six years. In that time they have made the playoffs five of six. They gave the Celtics all they could handle last year in an epic slugfest. Sadly, with all the talent on this team they have hovered around mediocrity for most of that time. The Bulls have a good young core of DRose, Noah, and Gibson. They have shipped out big contracts to make a run at stud free agents this offseason. This team would look great with Bosh or Boozer in the frontcourt and maybe DWade alongside Rose. We can dream can't we. I'll put the recent workplace violence aside and give the team a lot of credit for winning crucial games down the stretch and making the playoffs. They should give the Cavs all they can handle and I'm looking forward to going to those home games. It's quite a treat to watch a player like Rose in his prime and I look forward to many years of it. I also love Stacey King's calls of the games and have attached a few of my favorites from the past. Either the Bulls or White Sox are my favorite Chicago sports team. Both teams get that sports is now entertainment, more than just a game. The Bulls do this better than anyone, many people criticize that the focus is not only on the game. I love it, although not everything. The matadors are silly and some of the races and things are a bit strange, but there is something for everyone. The criticism of their fanbase as fickle or fair-weather is much more perception than reality. They have actually drawn quite well during the post Jordan era, most of which was abysmal. They should be back as contenders this coming season. The signing of Ben Wallace and their draft were both big off-season acquisitions and Paxson and Skiles seem to have them pointed in the right direction. For season tickets, I know they have a few packages. I am definitely going to look into the 11 game package and hope to be at the opener to cheer on Big Ben in his first official game as a Bull. read more

Group Sales Ticket Office Review: Over the past two months, I've been working with the Bulls ticket office to arrange an outing for my professional organization. It all began with a phone call saying that he was from the Bulls ticket office. I asked how he got my information like my normal suspicious of spam callers self. The group sales agent said that he received it from the White Sox since they're owned by the entity that owns the Bulls. Admittedly, I thought, "Great, I'm being spammed. I guess I shouldn't have given my information to the White Sox despite the awesome Tweetup." Despite my initial reservations about being spammed, I inquired about seat prices for my group. Much to my surprise, group rates are pretty reasonable even for my group's limited budget. Through the past couple of months of communication with the Bulls and my organization, we got tickets for an upcoming game. The tickets include a complimentary poster and your organization's name on the Jumbotron. The payment is very much like banquets and dinners I've hosted before for this same group. So for a hospitality planner, it felt like old hat. Despite the drawn out phone tag experience with the Bulls ticket office, the experience has been good. As an organization, the Bulls works hard to make games affordable for groups that can't afford much. I highly recommend the Bulls group sales office. The sales staff is nice and helpful while not being pushy about completing a sale. If your group is cohesive and decisive, a Bulls game event can be arranged quickly and affordable. Even with my group's long discussions about cost, etc., I still managed to plan a great event for my membership. read more

Why yes, they are the best basketball team in the NBA. And the world. And likely the universe. Aside from those guys from Space Jam, that is. OK, I am biased. But I love coming to Bulls games, whether they be at the United Center or anywhere else. But at the UC, parking is generally not terrible (and the price is in line with many other stadiums where the parking situation is much worse), people are friendly. Food sucks and is overpriced...you can't win them all. Most recently, during a patented Bulls come-from-behind win, my wife and I had a wonderful time in the 200-level, where they would bring your food and drink to your seat like a king who has no desire to miss nary a second of the game. read more

It has been 10+ years since I have been to a Bulls game. WOW i am getting old (28) but anyways it was exciting to see the young new talent whip on the NY Knicks. The United Center is a great venue! It was clean and staff was very helpful. We had nose bleed seats (300) but I still had a decent view of the action. Drinks were ok. The bathrooms were clean. The luvables were nice to look at. Half time show was fun where they had a bunch of trapolene guys doing their thing and also dancing seniors, I forgot what they were called but cute to watch. I'd definitely go to another game. I won a free Big Mac and Gallon of water from games they play between quarters. Big Mac is from bulls scoring 100+ points. Thanks to my work, I received a decent price on my tickets. read more

I spent my early teenage years following the Chicago Bulls and have many fond memories of watching their games at home with my family. I was really into the 96-98 championship teams. My family and I would gather around the TV and cheer them on. Playoff times were always stressful since we didn't know if they could pull it off, but they did and it always made us happy. I also remember going to hotels around my neighborhood to buy all the championship memorabilia like hats and tee-shits. I got really obsessed with basketball and aspired to be in the NBA (there was no WNBA back then). I loved (and still love) the players who can knock down a three-pointer from behind the arc. My favorite player was Steve Kerr. Remember when he nailed that game winning shot? However, I never was able to go to a game. In fact, my first game was on May 15, 2011. It was when the Bulls played against the Heat in the conference finals and they won the game by a lot! Unfortunately, it was the only game they won against them! Since then, I have been to 5 games since. The games are awesome and a great way to experience the games. The stadium is awesome and there really isn't a bad seat in the house. Prices for seats in the 300 level are reasonable and I have paid well under $100 a ticket for great seats. I like sitting in the 300 level for the aerial views and good crowd. I love the atmosphere of the game as well. Benny is an awesome mascot and I love watching his antics. Most recently, I saw him spray a Brooklyn Nets fan who was sitting toward the front row with silly string. It was hilarious! That's what you get for going to a Nets game in Chicago! As for getting to the game, it is pretty good, but I would leave early if you are from the 'burbs. The parking is ample and I would recommend parking a little further back so you can get out faster. Overall, awesome experience and I have always had a great time. If you are a Bulls fan or a basketball fan, I highly recommend coming to a game! read more

The Chicago Bulls staff made sure that the crowd had a great time during the game. Benny the Bull is hilarious. I loved the way he interacted with the crowd. The person in that costume seems to really love his job, and if he doesnt he had ME AND EVERYONE ELSE fooled. So many people say why go to a game when you have a better seat from your Television... I say go to a game to experience all of the "other stuff" that you dont see while watching the game from home. The Luvabulls did an amazing job, the band that was there was amazing as well. The timeout shows and activities were fun and kept us laughing!
