I did that, and he offered a much more reasonable price for my specific needs. The day of, Lori arrived 30 minutes early, which was not a problem since I work from home. She spoke to me in Spanish, listened to what I wanted and got right to work. She had the standard cleaning supplies but didn't have a vacuum, and we have two bedrooms with carpet that needed vacuuming. This was going to be a problem so I let her use ours (an expensive one that only my husband uses) and she did a great job on the carpets. She worked nonstop from the main floor down to the basement where a 2nd full bath, another bedroom and our family room are. She threw away the flowers on my dining room table without asking, and when I asked her why she said the leaves were dying and they were starting to smell. I hadn't noticed that so I was a bit surprised that she would just do this on her own, but I wasn't angry. Our house is otherwise nice and clean for Thanksgiving. She understood exactly what I wanted done and completed it all in the time allotted (3-1/2 hours). She even asked about a quick clean of my office, which was not expected, and she cleaned off the stairs on her way up from the basement. She had emptied every garbage can she found and also offered to take out the two bags of garbage she had accumulated. I instructed her to leave them on our back porch for my husband.
