I would not recommend this cleaning company based on my experience!!…read more I paid $515 for what was advertised as a detailed move-in deep cleaning, and the quality of the work fell far below what was promised. Numerous areas were either overlooked or not cleaned at all. The baseboards were still dirty, the walls were not spot-cleaned, every window sill was missed, there was no high or low dusting completed, and the downstairs bathroom was essentially untouched. After I raised my concerns, the company sent a second team to finish the job. Unfortunately, even after the return visit, many of the same issues remained. I have photos documenting condition of the home after services were rendered. For a professional deep cleaning at this price, I expected much more attention to detail and a completed job the first time. Instead, I had to spend additional time inspecting the work and requesting corrections, only to find that important areas were still missed. I understand that no service is perfect, but this experience did not reflect the level of quality or professionalism I was paying for. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Lastly, When I asked the worker Josh if the dirt was coming off of the baseboard in the bathroom, he became visibly upset and responded that they had other clients to get to. While I understand that companies have busy schedules, I expected the service I paid for to be completed before moving on to another appointment & that is what I stated to him and he immediately got upset said that he wasn't gonna be talked to like that, stormed out of my house aggressively swung my screen door open & it hit the outside wall. My building recently had our porches power, washed and sealed, by POW! POW! Powerwash'nSeal. Whoever said, this was a man's job!? That's right this is a woman own business, Who's "seriously" detailed and well executed proposal, was a tale-tale example of the outstanding finished job, Diane and her crew did, including their carpenter, Jose. This is a three-story walk up (6 flat) building that was in dire need of not only a good a good "POW-POWerwash", but was also dying to get a taste of the beautiful "SEAL'er", Diane uses on her deck jobs. This was especially important, because our porches went too long without maintenance, and begun to splinter and show advanced signs of wear and aging. So this was a must. After seeing the porches, just after being power washed, I was blown away on how well of job, her team did. In comparison, just weeks prior to that, I was scrubbing my own porch with a special deck cleaner and a deck brush and I couldn't even get close to what they did! Before deciding we received a few bids, all were within range of each other. Diane however, uses a much more durable and quality sealer then her competition I believe. Make no mistake about Diane, her- "career-woman" track record, shines through on her proposals, because they are the most detail oriented and thorough proposals you will likely ever see- hands down! When you see someone that has taken the time to outline the scope of work that Diane did, and taking every measurement, you're clearly getting a bid from a company who cares about their work, and their clients!
