Would recommend Dan and his partner Steven. They were much more affordable than other companies, having simple no-frills up-front pricing. Dan was quick to respond and was communicative with their arrival. They did a great job overall, my rugs and couch look much better. A couple of old stubborn stains are still slightly present but look much more faded, and the rest of the areas look wonderful. (I expected that some old stubborn stains may not go away and Dan was clear on this too up-front, so this was to be expected.) Both Dan and Steven were very friendly. Dan is obviously an expert in this area. He shared some information about the products they use and answered some of my questions. The only minor issue was that there's a couple water/soap smudges on the floor where some drips happened, but this will only take me 5 minutes to clean up. Overall would definitely recommend. I needed two synthetic Asian style rugs from Amazon cleaned in a hurry before we moved and Dan from AC was excellent! Found them through the Yelp requests and they responded same day. They were super accommodating and flexible with time for scheduling and cleaning, very communicative, and informative. We live in a 3 floor walk up and they lugged their giant machines up no problem. Requested only a min of 5 x 5 ft space to clean. Very friendly and professional service. They did an excellent job, $100 plus tip for 2 large area rugs (cash or zelle). They took extra time to thoroughly vacuum the rugs in all directions multiple times (dog hair) prior to shampooing. It smelled nice yet not overwhelming and just fresh which was great. Pet and kid friendly ingredients. The rugs were beautifully cleaned and softened. They also made sure we knew that they should lay flat or hang flat for at least 8 hours to fully dry before rolling for the move. We did and they were right, dry and clean, easy to roll, and rolled flat without issues in the new home. Definitely saving them for future services! Dan was able to respond to my request for a couch cleaning very promptly and arrived within hours of connecting with his team. He and one other gentleman brought their machines and equipment up to my place and thoroughly vacuumed, spot cleaned, and steamed every inch of the sectional. It took about 90 minutes for them to do everything they needed and after the couch was cleaned it needed about 12 hours to dry. My couch looked almost like it did when it was new thanks to the Anderson team. The price was very competitive and the only real issue we had was the machines power blowing out some of the lights in my building's hallway. Zero. Had four Persian rugs cleaned for storage. They returned the rugs in plastic trash bags folded up. The rugs were still wet, unbeknownst to me, and are now moldy and ruined. One of them is a large area rug from the 19th century that is worth $30k. On top of that the rugs still had dog hair all over them. This organization is clearly not to be trusted. read more

Cleaned the couch but left several stains. Said he wasn't able to get them out. My tenant went home grabbed her cleaning supplies and was able to get the rest of the stains out. The service quality was good and my couch is much cleaner appearing. The machine was quite loud and takes a while to complete but that comes with the territory. The value is nice- they vacuum the cushions out and will clean pretty much every surface of the couch (front, back, top, both side of cushions, pillows, etc) They were very communicative and helped me out with advice on removing pet odors that are not due to surface staining and therefore persist after this treatment.
