We threw a 1920's themed/Casino night Customer Event at the Shedd Aquarium and I could not have asked for a better company to partner with. Before even booking with Casino Suppliers Bert took the initiative to go to the Shedd Aquarium and look at the space, before I even had the Chance too. That to me, sealed the deal. From start to finish Bert and the company were the most patient and helpful group. He put together a proposal that fit our needs and edited it along the way to make sure that everything fit perfectly. His expertise made the night incredible. He was always two steps ahead of me, which was great. If it wasn't for him I would have been A LOT more stressed out. Decor was great, staff was great, music was great. When coordinating my company's holiday party this year, I was on the search for something fun to throw in aside from food, music & copious amounts of liquor. I decided bringing in a casino company would be an amusing option. Chicago Casino Suppliers was the right choice, priced cheaper than other casino companies and they happened to have an opening on the night of our party! Booyah! We got their "Vegas Baby' package in which you pick any 4 tables for the evening for $1295 which includes 3 hours of play. The tables we picked were Blackjack, Poker, Roulette, and Craps. We paid $595 at the time of booking to reserve the date for us and then paid $700 (+ tips for our dealers) on the night of the event. We booked Chicago Casino Supplies from 7-10pm which included the setup, take down, dealers for each game and all the chips. When I arrived at my venue at 5pm for our 6pm holiday party, all equipment had arrived. I was super happy to see they even threw in a photobooth for us! It's not your standard photobooth but took digital pix that it emailed to us later that week with a casino border - I've added a few to the listing here so you can see how they turn out. A representative from the company came at 530pm to brief me on what would happen which was a nice touch. All of our dealers were really nice the entire evening. I totally can't remember the young man handling the poker table's name but he was so helpful in guiding me in what to do, looking at my cards & teaching me what to do, possibly screwing me over in the process but I trust he didn't. :) My entire group had an insanely fun time! I was beyond pleased with how everything was set up prior, cleaned up after and the professional yet fun nature of all the dealers. Great company to deal with! read more

Threw a company Casino Night and what a pleasure it was to work with this company! Bert was always available when we needed him or had questions about anything. Very thorough during the process including the days leading up to the event. On the day of, they came early enough to set up the tables which were very nice quality. About 15 minutes before the event started, Pamela, Bryan, and Andy (our dealers for the night) showed up and were super nice in allowing people to learn how to play either Black Jack, Roulette, or Craps. I hired these guys for my wedding. What a great move!! My wedding was a total blast. People were either dancing or hitting the tables. If you're looking for a unique thing to do at your wedding, I highly recommend hiring them. They were totally professional, it was like we were in Vegas. I have used Chicago Casino Suppliers of the past three years. I am the fundraising chair for my elementary school and we have used Bert and his teams for a variety of our events. His photo booths for our Back to School Block Party are always a hit with the kids. The photo quality is great and we always get to put our event logo on the card. We have used this casino tables and dealers for our annual Wish List Parent Party. Bert sits down with me each year and we plan and design the best use of his tables and dealers with our 350 guests. When planning my best friend's 50th birthday, I just knew I'd wanted a casino to go along with our Harlem Nights/Boardwalk Empire theme. It was different, something new, and just a great idea. When researching other companies here in Chicago, I received about 3 quotes, but no one could match Bert K. & Chicago Casino Suppliers. One of the incentives (in addition to a quote 30% less than his competitors) Bert wowed me with the isnap option, how could you say no? My event was scheduled for Jan. 11, 2014-unfortunately 3 days before the event, the venue gave notice they were unable to allow CCS, due to entertainment licensing. As frustrated, disappointed, upset, hurt as I was, especially after planning a party around a "casino" theme, with NO casino, one could only imagine how difficult this was. Bottom line, I wasn't even prepared for decor for a whole side of a room, because it was reserved for CCS-Vegas Baby Package (craps, roulette, poker & blackjack table). This review is actually on the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I received from Bert and his team. The owner of this company contacted the venue on my behalf to explain how his business operated and how entertainment licensing did not affect his service. The venue never received or allowed this particular service CCS provided. At that point, I was ready to give up, cancel the event, because I had purchased all of this "casino" decor-with no casino. One night before the event, I contacted Bert and thanked him for everything he tried to do in helping me with trying to make the pending event a success. Bert then told me (this is where it gets good...) that he had a full photo booth available and not only would he send the photo booth , but it would be paid in full, due to just how much he knew I had gone through. I literally wanted to cry after Bert gave me this news. Not only was he professional, he was compassionate to the situation I was experiencing. The photo booth was an absolute HIT! CCS came ON TIME, was well dressed and groomed in All black, and even brought photo booth props. There was a line literally ALL night during the party bc the guests and their significant others were having such a good time in it. Each guest were able to take 4 shots, and received 2 printed copies of their pics. At the end of the event, I was given a disc of ALL of the pics everyone had taken. I am so impressed (again) by Bert K. & Chicago Casino Suppliers. Thank you again for making my (what could of been) nightmare into an awesome success/dream come true.
