Looking at my phone, I see their called was marked as potential spam, which I never pick up on these types of calls. Talked to the owner who said it was their policy not to show up for an appointment if it isn't confirmed. I asked what they are confirming and the owner said it was the address and what service I needed. I had rebooked for next Monday and even though I told the guy the address and service required (what is why they have to confirm) he said I still needed to answer their confirmation call on Saturday or Monday. I understand why there are so many 1-star reviews. The owner goes out of his way to not wanting to do business with customers. Steer clear of this business.

I had a little bit of sticker shock from the first quote so decided this would be worth getting multiple quotes on. And Home Build was one of them due to their stellar Yelp reviews. I called them and they were able to send Oscar out right away. They told me to save 60 -90 min for the consultation, which seemed like a lot of time considering every other company just needed 5-10 min of my time. However, i was willing to invest the time for the right doors and right price. Oscar and i met for over an hour. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about all my door options. He brought along a presentation (via his ipad), as well as materials so we got it all done within that hour. The other companies took a lot less, but resulted in a few trips to my house and lots of back and forth via email. I honestly probably prefer the latter since less time all at once. In the end I went with a different company due to price, but thought this company offered a good product at competitive pricing so would be worth looking into them.

She was pleasant at first then called me back and told me her worker said he was told by the gentleman here that they did not have to worry about there mess he would take care of it, he didn't want them on his property... 1st off there was no man here ( no one was home at all...) 2nd one of the guys was already on the property picking up the big pieces of trash they let go. She said well he did run his magnet over your driveway, There's NO possible way he did with all the nails that were left and we also have 3 cameras that face our driveway 1 points straight down it one across it and the other the front and the only time it picked anyone up was when he was here picking up the big mess! They were customed stained and they did an amazing job with the staining. They were able to match the wood stain I currently have. A couple of years later I renovated my kitchen. I had a single entry back door and wanted to convert to a sliding door out to patio. My house is a brick home, and their installers were able to make the opening to fit a sliding door. They were able to match the door stain to my windows and everything looks perfect! The installers went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. They even went as far as to building temporary steps to lead to my outside patio. I will most definitely recommend them for your home window and door project!
