Earlier this month, we came in with a group of about 10 people who were ready to spend money. None of the dancers came to our table, so we even asked a staff member if they could send some dancers over to interact with us and offer dances. We still didn't get much attention. Then we came back on a Saturday, with a group of around 16 people to celebrate a birthday. We tipped the dancers on stage and waited for some of them to come over to our table. Instead, most of the dancers were sitting behind us on their phones and weren't making any effort to interact with our group. At one point, a good song came on, so the birthday girl and her friends started dancing with their own partners since the dancers weren't engaging with us. About 30 minutes later, security came over and told us we had to leave because we were throwing money at the table. This was extremely confusing because we had done the same thing during our previous visit just two weeks earlier and were never told it was a problem. We were later told that one of the dancers felt disrespected because we were throwing money at our girlfriends. However, from our perspective, this situation could have been avoided if the dancers had been engaging with and entertaining our group like they had during our previous visits. We've always enjoyed coming here because the atmosphere used to be laid-back, the dancers were friendly, and everyone seemed to have a good time. After two years of coming here regularly, it's disappointing to see such a drastic change. It honestly feels like the rules and overall atmosphere have changed, but no one is communicating those changes to customers. We have no problem following the rules--we just wish the expectations were clearly communicated and consistently enforced. Very clean store, both the front and the arcade. The staff is very pleasant. Given the nature of the business reasonable prices for items like condoms and lube. Right as you walk into the arcade area there is an open space where they have some display cases on the walls that show DVD boxes for some of the movies you can select. Plus they list the movie genre and channel range. For example straight channels 1-100, gay 101-200 etc.. It is also an area where you can linger a bit to either get up the courage to go into a booth, or scope out who is there. You can also browse the DVDs in the retail area and check out the other patrons. There are hand sanitizer and paper towel dispensers scattered around the arcade. I grab a few paper towels and put some sanitizer on them for cleanup. Myself and the booth. :) The arcade uses a digital movie system so you can browse a huge selection of movies and find pretty much anything you enjoy. You can change the channel, fast forward, and rewind from inside your booth. You have complete control over the movie. $10 gets you quite a bit of time in a booth. Great selection of movies, quality monitors, you can turn the volume up enough to drown out what is going on outside your booth. Or even inside your booth. ;) I have been in 5 different booths. They were all clean and just dimly lit enough for the right ambiance. The booths are large enough for 2, and maybe even 3. Even the floors were very clean. I had no concerns about kneeling in anything. The booths are pretty tall and covered. So they feel very private. The doors all lock. The layout is a monitor behind plexiglass on 1 wall, a very sturdy bench on the opposite wall, the video controls opposite the door, and a garbage mounted to the wall. There has been stuff in the garbage but never much so they are clearly emptied. The buddy booths add an extra level of excitement if you enjoy that. There is an opaque glass partition between some of the booths. If both booths press their Buddy button, the partition drops. I have never used it so I am not sure if it means there is an opening between them or just makes the divider see through. They monitor the back to make sure people are not hanging out and bothering those who are there for a reason. That is a good thing. Overall it is a pleasant experience. So, I started looking around.... heard about the legendary Under the Rose coming to Chicago, but NO ONE knew they were already here!!!! and just in case no one knows who or what Under the Rose is, look up Melco Entertainment, Shun Tak Holdings those 2 companies pretty much own Macau, China, and yes they also own Under the Rose. Under the Rose works only inside Casino/Hotels. it's like the most premier adult entertainment private clubs to be seen, and to be at. the membership cost $150,000 per year!!!!!! and to date one of the girls is like $1,200 USD!!! but, from what i've heard... very well worth it. anyways, back to my story... so, i looked around and found a number to Under the Rose, left a message and like a day later they called and was very pleasant, and walked me through every single detail of my friend's special day. it was bit pricy $800.00 per girlfriend. but, when the girlfriend arrived.... seeing the look on my friend's face, and hearing afterwards, worth every penny.
