Natalie stopped me from checking the house out and did not let me go upstairs. She made me wait for a few minutes while she completed her conversation with the others and then asked a dude (probably her assistant) to accompany me upstairs. The dude gave me creepy vibes and was keeping an eye on me all the time as he walked me around. It seemed like Natalie thought I might be there to steal as I walked into the open house myself. How racially motivated and prejudiced of her! Note that this was NOT an expensive multi million dollar home; this was a townhouse and had very few inexpensive items lying around. It was extremely rude and condescending of her to not let me walk around the townhouse by myself while I noticed that other visitors were able to walk around.

When it came down to purchasing our home, we were up against 6 other offers and I can't think of another agent I would have wanted to partner with on this purchase. Thank you so much for all you did for us Natalie!

They are elderly and my mom has dementia, so this move was one of the hardest things we had to do. My first communication with Mohammed was by phone when I called to inquire if a rental house was still available. He told me that the property had just been taken. I was disappointed because the ones we liked kept getting snatched up just before we could get to them. He explained to me the laws of rental applications in CA and how you had to get yours in first. He took the time on the phone that day and taught me the name of the game. The property that I was interested in for my parents ended up having issues with their application, where it was looking like it might fall through and that we may have a chance on renting it after all, so Mohammed reached out to me. With the knowledge that I had from what Mohammed taught me before, I was able to get my parents's application in first for this house, even though we had competition, and we ended up renting it! That sounds simple, but really it was about a month long of ups and downs of will the other application really fall through and we have a chance or not? It was an incredibly stressful month! What I really appreciated was that through this time, Mohammed was always updating me on the situation. He was very timely in his responses, never making me wait long. He basically held my father's and my hand through this very stressful time. I also appreciate that Mohammed is an educated communicator. He speaks and writes English well, which is nice because I see less and less of that these days. In summary, Mohammed manages to be a very professional, punctual, helpful, and empathetic property manager, all while protecting the interests of his client, the homeowner.

And he told us that he could manage the property for us. He told us he had a cleaning crew, wanted to do a walk through with us and then have us sign a contract. Since we were already overseas, I asked my agent to contact him and scheduled the walk-through with him. My agent drove all the way from Albany to meet him for the walk-through. He seemed nice and respectful during it. However, right after, he said he had to turn us down because he's too busy and he just signed up some new clients. If he had let us know earlier that he was too busy to take us, that would have been completely understandable. However, he did it in such unprofessional way where it just wasted my agent's time.

They were issues he created upon himself. Although the association was not always able to clear up the matters I tried to help my seller with, they were the most helpful team of people I have dealt with. Each time I called into their office they would take the information I had questions on and present. Some responses were favorable and some were not. Again not due to the association. In addition I most say they were always available to assist me. I can recall several times April missed her lunch break to help me over the phone. She did not have to but she did. They held us hostage from the moment we gave them the notice that we were terminating the contract. Dear Lydia, We are in receipt of your message indicating that your company will not release Association records until outstanding invoices are paid in full. We must remind you that under California Civil Code §§ 5210 and 5230, all books, records, and documents belong to the Association, not the management company. Withholding records -- including financials, contracts, owner ledgers, governing documents, and access credentials -- impedes the Board's ability to fulfill its fiduciary duties and may be deemed a violation of state law. Any billing dispute should be addressed through proper invoicing and collections processes. It is not appropriate or lawful to withhold Association property as leverage for payment. We are formally requesting that all records, digital access, and physical property belonging to Livermore Northwood be transferred to xxxxx Management no later than end of business, April 2, 2025. These documents are imperative to our ability to fulfill our responsibilities to the Association and ensure continuity of service for the residents. We sincerely hope this matter can be resolved quickly and professionally so we can all move forward in the best interest of the community. We are sympathetic to your desire to be made whole, and as the new managing agent, we want to assure you that we will work with the Board and make every good-faith effort to help resolve any outstanding financial matters -- including the $680.60 in question. However, the way this situation is being handled is not only detrimental to our ability to do our job, but also involves the withholding of Association property that does not belong to your firm. By blocking access to critical records and resources, you are actively hindering our performance, which negatively impacts both xxxx and the community we are here to support. All of this -- over a balance of $680.60 -- is creating unnecessary disruption. This can often feel like a small industry, and we often cross paths as colleagues. Transitions like this should reflect professionalism and collaboration, not obstruction. We sincerely hope we can move forward in a way that honors those shared standards. Finally, we were disappointed by your statement that your firm will no longer respond. Open, professional communication is essential -- especially during periods of transition that directly impact community operations and resident well-being. We hope to resolve this matter quickly and without escalation, and we look forward to your prompt confirmation of the record release.

He was the kind of teacher who put his whole heart into his students and gave his all to everything he did. It comes as no surprise to us that he brings that very same heart, dedication, work ethic, and commitment to his real estate clients. From the moment we decided to sell our home, Jake was right there beside us, guiding us through every single step. We were working on a very accelerated timeline, and he somehow made it all come together. He didn't just give us advice--he rolled up his sleeves, pitched in, problem-solved, paid attention to every little detail, and invested an incredible amount of his own time and energy into making sure our home was ready to shine. Thanks to Jake's expertise, sweat equity, thoughtful guidance, and outstanding marketing strategy, our home sold over asking in just 12 days! But what meant the most to us was how genuinely invested Jake was in us. He was always there--responsive, communicative, encouraging, and seemingly available 24/7. He went above and beyond at every turn, and I simply can't imagine anyone putting more care, time, energy, and personal attention into helping a family sell their home. Selling a home filled with so many years of memories is emotional, and Jake understood that, too. He made a big life transition feel exciting, manageable, and incredibly positive. The smiles on our faces say it all. We are so grateful for Jake's enthusiasm, energy, expertise, friendship, and unwavering support throughout this entire journey. His team of stagers, inspectors, contractors, handymen, marketers, videographers, deep cleaners, and assistants were also outstanding. Jake, thank you for giving us the same all-in commitment that you once gave your students.
