Honestly the worst law firm I've ever seen. Used them off a recommendation from some one I later…read morefound out never used them. They were handling my wife's immigration and started by telling us how horrible a position we were in, scaring us, and raising their prices. They almost missed our filling date out of sheer incompetence. Me and my wife did all the firm's ourselves. They charged 2500 just to mail it. After the filing they were mia. We asked for consolation to know what to expect in our immigration interview and they flat out stated "we have no idea what they'll ask" which tells me they've never done this before. When we asked for any help they said they "have no idea how that whole process works". Worst law firm ever. Sheer incompetence.

After researching various attorneys online (and speaking with a few), I have found that Ms. Wincott proved to be the most open and honest. When other attorneys were trying to tangle the family up in a myriad of complicated and unnecessary steps, Ms. Wincott advised of the most direct (and most cost-effective) route that allowed us to get the results that we needed. In addition, I was so impressed by the fact that she took the time to listen to the needs of the family and to even take a moment to listen to my tear-ridden grief. Indeed, Ms. Wincott is not only a well-informed, top-notch attorney, she is also someone who clearly cares about her clients.

Very professional and helpful legal team! I had numerous issues with the construction of my home in…read moreLago Vista, TX. One exterior stucco wall leaked, destroyed two rooms of sheet rock and rotted the OSB/plywood (mold) for nine years on two floors with multiple unsuccessful repair attempts by the General Contractor (KRP Construction). While conducting an inspection "Pursuant to Rule 11 of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure" for their client (KRP) one of the firm's "Construction Experts" commented on peeling paint and plaster on two unrelated damaged walls. His simple question (verbally) of "does that have primer?" helped resolved another construction defect that existed for 15 years and was also unresolved by KRP Construction. A professional painter with 40 years experience confirmed what THORNTON, BIECHLIN, REYNOLDS & GUERRA's own construction expert observed. OMG! Thank you for being so honest while inspecting my home's damaged walls. The contractor had argued for more than a decade that I was responsible for years of peeling plaster and paint. Somehow, Rod Prothero accused me of creating a "Micro-climate" in three rooms and one stairwell. I had become so frustrated that I simply covered the peeling plaster and expensive faux finish with floor to ceiling mirrors. It's good to know that a few folks are still honest and will actually give you an honest and helpful observation even if it's while working for the opposing legal team. Marcella A. Della Casa and THORNTON, BIECHLIN, REYNOLDS & GUERRA, L.C. have my utmost respect and full endorsement. Respectfully, Jon Weldon
