I was told the funds would be sent out soon, however this process dragged on a year (after he was already a year late) countless fruitless phone calls where he couldn't even remember what was said the last time we spoke, emails that would go with no response for weeks, and claiming he would send the money the next day and then nothing for months with no explanation. He has treated me and my love ones as an inconvenience and not a priority. When I finally received the funds (2 years late) it was not the amount that I had in my records he became agitated with me and responded with "this concludes our conversation" when there was no conversation at all and I am still waiting on answers.
