Servings were huge, the only positive thing I could say about the meal. Alfredo sauce on the pasta was totally tasteless, like wallpaper paste. Stromboli shell was not crispy, as it should be, and there was no sauce inside (not unusual), but there was excessive moisture from the vegetable filling, which made the crust soggy. Other than the staff, there was nothing appealing or memorable about this restaurant, and based upon my extensive experience and knowledge of Italian cuisine, there is little authentic about it.

The pizza came out 10 minutes before the salad with the excuse from the kitchen that the "salad line is backed up", It's lettuce pepperoni, cheese and some dressing. When you don't properly train and guide new help it isn't a bad reflection on them, it a reflection on the owner, manager and staff that are afraid a younger more energetic person will show them up. The highlight however (for me) was watching the entire hard working staff work together. It was like a finely orchestrated ballet.
