I found Chi years ago after sifting through all of her positive reviews and desperately searching for a new place to get my no-chip manicures. I was very happy with her work and have been going to her salon since. I love everything about her salon especially being able to book my appointment online via Instagram. She has many pics of her work on there as well. The nail salon is nestled in the back of a very nice hair salon and her space is very inviting, well decorated and super clean. Chi is very good at what she does and her prices are very fair. You will not regret going to Chi for your no-chip manicures and pedicures.

I decided to give Chichi's a chance and made an appointment for June 5th. Chichi is very nice and she does a good job doing no chip nails. To get special effects on your nails such as Cat Eyes or Chameleon it's pricey though. I got the Cat Eyes and like it a lot.

I highly recommend ChiChi nails!!! I have very weak, brittle nails and this is the first time my No chip has lasted this long!!! I will definitely be returning again!! She is very welcoming, great prices, and she does amazing work!!! Do not hesitate to try out ChiChi nails! :)

I am very disappointed in Chi's services, quality and overall customer service. I always book an appointment however Chi likes to squeeze clients back to back-therefore what is the point of having an appointment if you are always going to wait past your appointment time? Then you are rushed through your services because clearly quantity is more important than quality. Her no-chip manicures last 2 weeks at max. I've gotten no chips manicures from other salons that last 3-4 weeks and do not lift whatsoever. She will charge $5 to take off any no chip polish you previously had-i had 4 nails with no chip since i peeled of the rest and she still charged me and refused to give a refund. Overall it is clear she cares more about money versus making the customer happy. I do not recommend and will never go back. read more

Too much money for 50 minutes. if a quick service is what you are looking for, then great. But I like the massage part and really scrubbing my calluses. It did last awhile though. Addendum: I was never offered another option for a different type of pedicure (one with more massage). Also you need to make it more clear you do not take credit cards. read more

She started out doing good work then her attitude changed. She started rushing through my services. Didn't give me a chance to pick the polished that I really wanted. She was rough with my cuticles and the skin around my nails and my skin would be sure. She also kept going up on her prices. I had a 7 am appointment and she was never on time, I had to wait in my car when it was cold out. I truly believe she didn't value me as a customer. She also uses the same tools on everyone one. She uses the same nail files and pumice stones and that's not sanitary. read more

I've gone to Chi Chi a few times. For the most, nail quality is ok - I like that she doesn't drill on your nail bed. But she overbooks and so everything feels rushed. I went to her the last for lashes and OMG! DO NOT GO TO GER FOR LASHES!!! I had previous lashes on - she yanked them off one by one! I cannot describe the pain of having your lashes yanked off! When she put the cluster lashes on, they hurt so bad. And once again, she was overbooked and I was rushed. Haven't been back since. read more

I love how she did my nails. She also explained me what is the problem with my nails and how to make them perfect and pretty. She knows her job very well and she will finish your nails pretty fast. I like how she treated me and energie is very calming. I was searching for great nail artist near me and I think I finally find it. Thank you Chi! She is working inside of hair salon which is clean and cute and all that gave me a feeling that I can trust her. I like that. This is the best no chip I've ever had. It lasts way longer than any other manicure I've gotten in this area, and I've basically tried them all. After going here a couple times, my nails are noticeably so much healthier, and I don't have to get them done nearly as often. read more

My new nail spot! It's located inside Carolines hair design, there's plenty of parking. ChiChi is super sweet and very detailed. Listens and remembers exactly what you want. She goes by appointments, so call before and if she doesn't respond she will text you. I told her if she ever moves to let me know so I can follow her...that's how much I like her! read more

Girl! Or guys! Chi is a magician with the nails. Her services are by appointment only so it is intimate and personal, unrushed, and amazing. Your nails will look magazine worthy. I've cheated and went to other places to get my nails done if I couldn't get in with Chi but I've learned my lesson multiple times. My nails never look or feel the same and each time she saves them. She also does my eyebrow waxing AND eyelash extensions. She's amazing at what she does and she's such a sweet amazing human. I'd always recommend her. read more

My new manicurist!! I work in a healthcare setting where I am constantly washing and scrubbing my hands and this is my longest lasting no chip so far. It Literally lasted the two wks! I've been to so many nail salons and would chip a nail after a day or two. She is extremely detailed and does such a great job helping you coordinate colors if you are unsure of what to get. I visited ChiChi Nails for a no chip manicure. She was nice, prompt and professional. She is very meticulous with her work and I appreciate that. Some people do a rush job and send you on your way, but not Chi! She takes her time but also gets you in and out (if that makes sense lol). Chi is the best in the burbs. My no-chips do not chip and my pedis last a month. She works very hard to make my nails perfect every time and I am NEVER disappointed with her work. Prices are very reasonable. She has a vast selection of colors. I travel VERY far to see Chi. There is no one better in the western suburbs! Believe me, I've tried so many other salons. I asked for the underlayer of my hair 1 color (black). I mentioned I do part of my hair an unnatural color myself. the man on the phone said they don't do colors like that. That's fine, I do it myself, I started asking if he can bleach part of my hair ("money pieces" in the front), and he quickly, in a rude tone said "you know what, this isn't going to work out" and hung up lol! So they can't bleach hair? What i was requesting was normal colors, black and bleach. Maybe he's scared/offended by people with unnatural hair color? So crazy for a hairdresser If they didn't have time to do it, I would have liked to discuss having the appointment later, or if he didn't understand, I could have explained more. He literally hung up on me and didn't let me respond. such a weird confusing interaction. I was polite and looking for a neighborhood place to go 2 minutes walking distance from me. I wonder if it was the owner or someone else that lost a potential client literally living steps away from them

The shape was uneven, the color did not match the reference, and the design details were not executed well. I understand that inspiration photos may not always turn out exactly the same, but this set missed the mark in several ways. Another part of the appointment that made the experience uncomfortable was the overall conversation during the service. The technician spent much of the time talking about very sad and angry situations happening in her personal life. While I understand that everyone has difficult moments, a nail appointment is usually a place people go to relax and de-stress. Listening to a lot of negative personal issues throughout the service made the atmosphere feel heavy rather than relaxing. Between the disappointing nail execution and the overall environment, I left feeling very unhappy with the experience. I hope Level Nail Bar takes feedback seriously and focuses on both the quality of the work and creating a more positive, relaxing experience for clients.

Chi is amazing! I've never been one to make an appointment to get my nails done, I normally just walk in and take whomever is available. But after the first time Chi did my no chip manicure, no one else can compare! She is fast and efficient but does an excellent job (and I am a slight perfectionist!) while still taking her time. My nails always look great and I get countless compliments. Chi is able to make your no chip last 3 weeks or even longer. Working full time and going to school this is vital to my schedule. I came across Chi on Instagram, and was hesitant to try out a new nail tech after a bad experience, but Chi was amazing! It was easy to communicate with her to make an appointment. She is very gentle, careful, and takes her time with my manicure every time. Often times when getting a no chip manicure at other salons my nails were left in very poor condition, but not with Chi. She has helped me figure out an ideal nail shaped based on the way that my nails grow. With Chi manicuring my nails, they have grown long and strong. S-U-P-E-R-B! Chi definitely takes pride in her work. My nails are ALWAYS perfect. I fully trust her with my hands and feet. I don't even pick the color anymore. She always has the the latest colors and trends ready for me. She never lets me down. The quality of service provided, keeps me coming back for more. My nails last 3+ weeks. I usually don't go over that time frame anymore because she has a new easy to use link that allows you to schedule your appointment from your phone. I have never let me nails grow on my own. I could never find ways to grow them out without using acrylics. My coworker introduced me to Chi & she has helped me with my nail growth journey. She removed my acrylics & designed my tiny nails & helped me grow them out by always making cute designs! Her designs are drawn professionally by her & safe to say that they last about three weeks without chipping.
