Annie was Nice and they offer me a complementary beverage. I arrived on time but service didn't start until 18 minutes after scheduled booking. I scheduled appointments via website for a deluxe pedicure and full set acrylic with cat eye. The total was $87 on the website before tax. The price in person was $117, but card service fee taxes total was $126. The guy said it's extra for long nails and I got gel pedicure no chip. I didn't get long nails, no difference from what I booked online. I went to this location because I saw great prices and I knew I would be going to come back next month for my trip. Also both Ping and Anna who I was originally booked with started doing another customers nails and got an attitude when I showed them my booking. Anna said no no pointed to another employee to do my nails. Don't bother scheduling ahead of time & customer service not the best. read more

Worse experience I've ever had. I actually used to like this nail spot... until today. I hardly get my toes done because I'm a busy special needs mom so this is usually the best time to relax. Unfortunately myself and my daughter got a pedicure by two women who just wanted to zip through our pedicure and honestly didn't pay attention to clean up or the look of our toe nails. I wanted French tip and she couldn't even do that. So I settled for white. My nails were lopsided and looked chunky. Everyone was offered drinks and and I was over looked. I'm not sure if it was because we were the only Hispanics. People to my left were offered a beverage and the people to the right of my daughter was offered. I guess we weren't good enough? This place does good work. BUT, they will ALWAYS find a way to add 5 to 10 dollars to your service. 5 extra dollars to shorten my nails for a fill in? That's not included? Booked online here in the hopes of restarting a good habit after not having a pedicure in years. You will not regret going here. The place is spotless and they have a large staff to accommodate walk-ins while taking care of appointments. I went with the middle level pedicure that gives you a foot/leg scrub and wrap with warm towels. You get your own tools/products and they open the sealed containers in front of you. The basins are lined and the liners changed after each service as well. Multiple people offered me a beverage and my tech, Susan, took her time and did a great job! I needed a full set/Gelx manicure for a special event, but since I hadn't been here before, I booked a pedicure first. The pedicure did not go well. Cindy was not gentle, to say the least. I got a mid-level pedi, which included treating my lower legs, on which I have very dry skin. As she massaged the oil/lotion, she kept alternating between her fingertips and her nails (she was wearing plastic gloves), which was actually painful. I tried to tell her not to use her nails and not to press so hard, but she spoke absolutely no English, and didn't understand. Then she began working on my toenails, and cut my left big toenail so short that it started to bleed. I don't meet a little drop. She tried to stop it and was finally able to do so after about 5 minutes, but as soon a I put my sock on, the blood started to seep through. It was almost a week before I could comfortably walk with my left shoes on. Needless to say, I went somewhere else for my manicure. read more

I want to start by saying the staff were nothing but kind and attentive. They serviced myself, as well as my mother and sister. Overall a good vibe. However, my concern lies within the service itself. I was told it would be an extra $5 to remove the previous Gel Set I had, sure thing no big deal. The only thing is my mom also had gel polish on but they did not charge her extra weird but whatever. Initially I loved my toes, cute fresh tip with a hint of pink on the nail bed. I felt some pain in my big toe while leaving the shop but thought nothing of it since beauty is pain. It wasn't until a few days later when my toe started to change colors that it raised some concerns, upon returning to the shop I was told it was just a bruise and I must of dropped something on my foot. While the sweet frail old lady was right it was indeed a bruise but it was not caused by me. I believe it falls on the negligence of the shop. While the girl who did my nails was probably in her 20's she did a great job but maybe just a little less aggressive next time. I took my daughter (12) for a manicure and pedicure. John the nail tech had just finished a pedicure on another client before he began to prep for his next client, my daughter. I noticed that he "rinsed" the pedicure tools, dried them with a towel, and then placed them back on his tray and made his way back to begin on my daughter. He must have assumed I wasn't paying attention but when I asked that he use sanitized tools he just stared at me. I then asked again that he use sanitized tools on my daughter and he then very annoyed made his way to get new tools. The owner came over as we were getting ready to leave. She apologized and offered to do the pedicure herself with sanitized tools. Unfortunately, will not be returning but please be very cautious. I'm sure John thought he'd get away with using dirty tools on my daughter because she's a child. Truly hope the salon owners educate their employees on the importance of sanitation and how to properly adhere to the standards required by law. read more
