When we called to inquire about the extra charge we were told that we had been charged a discounted rate. Upon terminating the service we became liable for the discount. They said the terms were outlined in small print at the bottom of the page we signed at the time we initiated the service. I believe this charge is illegal.

Then they claimed there was a transportation fee - well Marshall & Evans why did you NOT tell me this before you quoted me a fee? Also this "alleged experienced electrician" when they were installing my USB outlet touched his pliers to the black and white lines and a big spark occurred and he basically fried my outlet. Then they took almost 5 hours to hang a ceiling fan. I was so disappointed that I actually decided to hang the exact same fan in another room a week later and not only did it take me 1 hour, but my fan that I installed does NOT wobble or make noise when the fan is moving.
