This place is a disgrace to all chick fil a restaurants anywhere. The line was messed up and instead of fixing it, the guy let someone cut in front of 4 cars. Then, he corrected the line issue after letting someone jump in front. We then waited about 20 minutes in line and were told they didn't have the CHICKEN NUGGETS ready so we had to pull into a curbside spot and wait for our meal. What a joke. Service was great, Robert is attentive and polite. But my fries were undercooked. It was very pale and mushy. I went to the manager on duty and they replaced it with the fries from the same batch. Worst ChicFilA i have Visited IN MY LIFE! Came with a co-worker from a business trip. We got in and ordered our food for dine in. The people waiting for pick up were all getting their food ready at very slow pace, and seemed like they were priority #1 above all of us who were sitting waiting to eat inside?! After a very long time waiting, I stood up, asked the cashier to just refund my card to which the manager was standing beside him, and instead of taking ownership, pretended to be busy and decided to leave all the responsibility to the guy and had zero interaction with me. Cashier then told me they found my order and that someone was gonna bring it to us soon. 15 more minutes passed of us waiting in our seats and still nothing. My co-worker at this point just got up and left and told me to forget about our money let's just go eat elsewhere. I got up and asked the manager if he was in charge, to which he replied yes I am. I explained the situation and although I mentioned we did not get a refund or our food, all he said well have a good day and was very unamused and uninterested. This is VERY unaceptable and a horrible misuse of Chic-fil-A's name, image and company culture. There is no communication, no Passion for customer service, no guidance from your Manager (clearly) and to top it off many other customers agreed verbally and said they were also very upset with the whole situation. If I were corporate, for this store I would definitely keep an eye out for the camera footage, operations and customer service feedback. I have worked 7 years in management and what I experienced was one of the lowest, most mediocre demonstrations and I believe by at least informing through the corporate number later, that they will pay attention and protect your name from being impacted negatively any further by this location. I literally observed all the things that were wrong going on in just 30 minutes being there and it is disappointing. Younger employees are not to blame, because the management is not setting the expectation, not leading by example and is not working the floor making the right adjustments real time to make sure everything works smoothly. Please review the camera footage if possible, I was there 11/11/22 at around 2pm olive shirt and cap and co worker turquoise shirt and khaky jeans. So, came in, stood on line and when I arrived at head of line the little black girl walked off, returning with a bag and asked if I had a four " something" I said no I wanted to pick up a 8 count chicken nuggets for my granddaughter. She said 8 and walked away not taking any money. I waited as a group of high school girls came in. The girl returned and took the girl behind me order. I've visited chick fil a from New York to New Orleans... always had a great experience with employees, food was always what you expect. This Alexandria, Louisiana location is by far the worse! The employees are sooooo rude and having like a sense of entitlement, really it's unreal. Not only are they rude but not trained properly, they do not know how to even scan the app, they get annoyed if you ask for sauce ( that they don't even bother to put in bag) or napkins.. instead of "my pleasure" you get rolling eyes and almost the product thrown at you. Again, soooo rude. I was in the lobby once and heard one employee literally telling a new employee to ignore a customer asking about her food.... Unreal. Now to the food... I honestly can't say I've ever got quality food I'm used to seeing from chick fil a.... That is if the order is even correct and not missing items. Waffle fries are always either old or over cooked. My order last visit was missing waffle fries from every meal... great surprise to see when you get home... I guess I can take blame that I didn't check bag before I left restaurant.. but honestly shouldn't have to do that. Lastly and my great pet peeve... lying to my face! I always ask for the toy under 3 in my sons meal... every location we visit they give him like a little hard cover learning book... but Alexandria location told me chick fil a don't offer that anymore.... Pretty good service. Pretty clean place. The food was up to par with the Chick Fil A standards. Overall a decent choice. I think they may have had a new cashier one of the times we went because she forgot to ask our party of 8 if we wanted or needed sauces. When I went up to ask her for sauces, I asked for two Polynesian and four chick fil a sauces. She only gave me three chick fil a sauces and said if I wanted more I would have to pay and then I had to remind her we were a party of 8 and never got any sauces at all. I could tell she felt bad and gave us the sauces but it was junky that I had to remind her to do her job. That day she also forgot my salad dress and Cobb salad extras like my bell pepper pieces. I think maybe because we were always a large party of 8 when we went they had a hard time keeping up with the orders. A lot of times (our party of 8 was in Alexandria for a week and went about 4 times) our drink sizes were wrong or they would mix up drinks. They served 12 people that were behind us in line before we got our food and we had to ask for it 2 times! This happened to multiple people in there. It took me about 3-4 weeks to actually make it into this restaurant because it's always so packed. Well, I finally made it in for lunch and had a lunch that came out to about $9.00. I was very pleased with the meal and felt the staff took pride in the sandwiches they were preparing. The staff was super nice and the restaurant was exceptionally clean. The food overall I give a 3. The fries are nothing special. The chicken sandwiches are very good but at the end of the day it's a fast food chicken sandwich.
