Great food and well run ! This is a modern Chick-fil-a with a professional staff and the quality delicious food the chain is known for. The waffle fries were a nice change from the usual French fries. My chicken strips were delicious and obviously from chicken breast. No nuggets from a mix of chicken by products here ! The staff brings the food to your table and are polite and cheerful. The customers seem to be enjoying their meals and the children are excited. The child play area and accommodating nature of the staff may contribute to the latter. They do not skimp. I asked for honey mustard sauce and got 2. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The staff gets you through the line quickly and with a smile. The managers keep an eye on the status of the business. As I was washing my hands a female manager knocked on the Men's room door before entering for a check. Afterwards she was visible checking the eating and order areas. The mall has gone through a few rough years recently and it is encouraging to see a restaurant that values quality, service, cleanliness, and professionalism in this community ! I shall return !

I always get greeted and get good service the salad. It's pretty good for a reasonable price.. calm little place to sit and enjoy your meal.

I might get some flack for this, but frankly I don't care. I'd partly heard of Chick-Fil-A through their purported stories of wonderful service and great food. I ordered a chicken sandwich and some waffle fries. As opposed to places where you pick up your order, here it is brought out to you instead. This needs a little work. You are given something to place on your table, but without numbers servers are sometimes walking around looking for the right patron. Furthermore, what's to stop someone from saying a milkshake is theirs when it's not. What compounds this problem somewhat was the wait time. I didn't track it, but for a fast food place, it took considerably longer to get my food out than I was expecting. Eventually the food came out, and in light of the wait, I was hoping for something so fresh that the oil on the chicken and fries should have still been boiling. However, this was not the case. The chicken felt like it had spent a little time under a lamp. Not an excessive amount, but not hot from the fryer. The piece was of a modest size, and the crust was seasoned, albeit a little lightly for my taste. Other than me preferring it fresh and hot out the fryer, not too many complaints, as the chicken wasn't over/under cooked, and the sandwich was fairly well put together. Now, truth be told, I prefer fried chicken to have a more substantial crust than just a coating of breadcrumbs, but this is more preference than anything else, so I won't let it weigh too heavy on my rating. The fries were unremarkable to me as they echoed some of the shortcomings of the chicken. They had spent some time under a lamp, and were light on the seasoning. However, these I would have preferred to be a little more crisp. Ketchup, by the way, is not available at the condiment station, and must be requested with your meal/at the counter. Value was alright for what I got, however, my last chicken sandwich was at Popeye's, where while it had definitely spent some time under a lamp, I was handed a sandwich before I even finished paying, and it had that breading I prefer. As a final note: while the place is quite large, and the vibe is nice, they need to up their game when it comes to keeping the tables wiped down between guests. There was as table in need of a little love when I arrived, and still in need of it when I departed. Considering they have employees bringing over food all the time, it not being seen is not as valid an excuse.

Back in April, I stopped in here for breakfast while on my way down to Newport, Rhode Island. I placed my order on the mobile app and scanned my table number. When my food was ready, an employee brought it out to my table. The food was as I had ordered. The quality and taste of it was on par with any Chick-fil-A that I've visited in the past.

My kid was craving chick-fil-A so we came here today to order dinner. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal with Mac and cheese. My sandwich looked sloppy and slapped together. The Mac and cheese was just "ok", nothing memorable. It was $2 extra to substitute the Mac and cheese. My total came to $22 for 2 sloppy chicken sandwich meals... I would have been better off ordering pizza smh.

My boyfriend and I were in the mood for some chicken sandwich and happened to be in the area. We never really had an issue with this specific location until today. As we were approaching the drive thru, a young lady was serving us and her attitude was anything but pleasant. She asked what form of payment we would like to use in an awful attitude, and when we told her cash, she proceeded to give us that same attitude by telling us that we could only pay card through her. My boyfriend got a chick-fil-a deluxe sandwich and this is what it look like. So disappointing. We might as well have gotten chicken strips.

This location is always busy but they somehow manage to have cars in and out as fast as they can. My boyfriend and I stopped by on a Thursday night since we were already in the area. The drive through line was at least 20 cars deep. However it split in two lines which moved the line a lot faster than we anticipated. We waited less than 10 minutes to order. We were greeted by a young lady who looked like she was exhausted and totally sunburned. She wasn't as friendly as the other young lady in the other lane, but she got the job done. It was probably the end of her shift and he was probably ready to go. We ordered a spicy deluxe combo, Mac and cheese, fries, and 8 piece nuggets. We later proceeded to the little booth area to pay. We were addressed by our name and gave us our total, but not other interaction at all from the young asian girl at all. We later proceeded to the pick up window. We were shocked to see there was NO line. As soon as we got there, we were greeted by pick up name and they informed us it'll be right out. Overall, the staff weren't as friendly as other locations. They clearly aren't there to make any friends or to make small talk-- just there to take your order, take your money, and give you your food. No complaints. They got our order correctly. Since the pandemic, so much has changed with chick fil a. They no longer give containers out if you didn't buy them. They now ask about the sauces you want-- if you don't order your sauces while you're ordering your food, don't expect any when you pick up your order.

The box combos are where the value really shines. You get a great deal on a satisfying meal where everything works together. The chicken is always reliably good, and that signature sauce, a creamy, tangy, slightly peppery blend is what ties it all together. It's delicious for dipping not just the chicken, but also the fries and that excellent, soft Texas toast. The fries themselves hit that sweet spot of being crispy without being greasy. A word to the wise: the lines can get seriously long, as it's a hugely popular spot. The absolute best move is to order ahead through their app to skip the wait, which makes grabbing a quick and easy meal a total breeze. Overall, it's a consistently good, decently-priced meal for when a fried chicken craving strikes. Just a heads-up that all that fried goodness, while tasty, can sometimes feel a bit heavy on the stomach, but for most it's a small price to pay for that specific comfort food fix.

The service was nice and she didn't look at me like a weirdo when I ordered my kid's meal (I am only greedy in moderation....lol). The chicken tastes like nothing and its fried. The sauce tastes like what, why and how much sodium is in this shyt! The fries were pretty salty too, so dipping the fries in the sauce was an absolute NO for me. Would I come back here....LMAO....for what? I make much better chicken at home and it doesn't taste like a salt lick.

I'm a spicy type of girl, and they definitely put a lot of spice on their chicken. It is very, very seasoned. It can definitely give you heartburn, but it's worth it lol. The combos and how filling these meals are are definitely worth the price. The fries that it comes with are also pretty good, and it's a perfect combo for the tenders. I'm also obsessed with their slushy's. They're so delicious! Location: This location is super casual, mainly a grab-and-go, but you can also sit down and eat there, similar to most fast food joints. Not the best chicken…read more Been to my fair share of chicken tender places. This is a chain that I have yet to try, so on the way back from Boston I made a detour to give this place a try. The inside has a lot of character. When I came in there was no one making the front. We ordered online and the order was ready when I pulled into this location. It took someone about 5 minutes to even show, and they immediately started ringing up people in the order line rather than address those waiting to pick up. Another 2 minutes later. Someone else shows up, fetches the bag behind the counter with minimal interaction. The chicken was still warm, but was overcooked. The reaper ranch was light on the ranch and was hot but lacking any real flavor other than the burn. The daves sauce was overly sweet, and the French fries topped with Mac and cheese were good but really lacking in toppings. It was like a tablespoon of Mac n cheese to a handful of fries and two chicken nuggets on top. At the price we paid, the quality does not justify the price point. It's expensive small chicken tenders with lacking sauce and indifferent staff. When your menu is limited, you need to execute properly and this location is not executing. Not sure if it's true across the brand, but there's many chicken tender spots to try and this one missed the mark
