I am a regular customer at Chick-Fil-A. I go to several of them. But this particular location has THE BEST SERVICE, and it's not really even close. I made a mistake with my order today and the staff helped me fix it without the slightest notion of annoyance at my mistake. Shelby, in particular is always super helpful, and she definitely was today. But all of the staff there always make me feel like a valued customer. Great food and well run ! This is a modern Chick-fil-a with a professional staff and the quality delicious food the chain is known for. The waffle fries were a nice change from the usual French fries. My chicken strips were delicious and obviously from chicken breast. No nuggets from a mix of chicken by products here ! The staff brings the food to your table and are polite and cheerful. The customers seem to be enjoying their meals and the children are excited. The child play area and accommodating nature of the staff may contribute to the latter. They do not skimp. I asked for honey mustard sauce and got 2. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The staff gets you through the line quickly and with a smile. The managers keep an eye on the status of the business. As I was washing my hands a female manager knocked on the Men's room door before entering for a check. Afterwards she was visible checking the eating and order areas. The mall has gone through a few rough years recently and it is encouraging to see a restaurant that values quality, service, cleanliness, and professionalism in this community ! I might get some flack for this, but frankly I don't care. I'd partly heard of Chick-Fil-A through their purported stories of wonderful service and great food. I ordered a chicken sandwich and some waffle fries. As opposed to places where you pick up your order, here it is brought out to you instead. This needs a little work. You are given something to place on your table, but without numbers servers are sometimes walking around looking for the right patron. Furthermore, what's to stop someone from saying a milkshake is theirs when it's not. What compounds this problem somewhat was the wait time. I didn't track it, but for a fast food place, it took considerably longer to get my food out than I was expecting. Eventually the food came out, and in light of the wait, I was hoping for something so fresh that the oil on the chicken and fries should have still been boiling. However, this was not the case. The chicken felt like it had spent a little time under a lamp. Not an excessive amount, but not hot from the fryer. The piece was of a modest size, and the crust was seasoned, albeit a little lightly for my taste. Other than me preferring it fresh and hot out the fryer, not too many complaints, as the chicken wasn't over/under cooked, and the sandwich was fairly well put together. Now, truth be told, I prefer fried chicken to have a more substantial crust than just a coating of breadcrumbs, but this is more preference than anything else, so I won't let it weigh too heavy on my rating. The fries were unremarkable to me as they echoed some of the shortcomings of the chicken. They had spent some time under a lamp, and were light on the seasoning. However, these I would have preferred to be a little more crisp. Ketchup, by the way, is not available at the condiment station, and must be requested with your meal/at the counter. Value was alright for what I got, however, my last chicken sandwich was at Popeye's, where while it had definitely spent some time under a lamp, I was handed a sandwich before I even finished paying, and it had that breading I prefer. As a final note: while the place is quite large, and the vibe is nice, they need to up their game when it comes to keeping the tables wiped down between guests. There was as table in need of a little love when I arrived, and still in need of it when I departed. First of all due to Covid19, there is no inside dining. It's is either curb pick up or drive through. I did the drive through. It was well organized with two lines and they moved pretty fast . They had a station for your order when you were in line, then went to another station to pay , then a pickup station. I tried for the first time the fried chicken sandwich and liked it better than the grilled one. I also got one of their chocolate chip cookies that was out of this world. This location is always busy but they somehow manage to have cars in and out as fast as they can. My boyfriend and I stopped by on a Thursday night since we were already in the area. The drive through line was at least 20 cars deep. However it split in two lines which moved the line a lot faster than we anticipated. We waited less than 10 minutes to order. We were greeted by a young lady who looked like she was exhausted and totally sunburned. She wasn't as friendly as the other young lady in the other lane, but she got the job done. It was probably the end of her shift and he was probably ready to go. We ordered a spicy deluxe combo, Mac and cheese, fries, and 8 piece nuggets. We later proceeded to the little booth area to pay. We were addressed by our name and gave us our total, but not other interaction at all from the young asian girl at all. We later proceeded to the pick up window. We were shocked to see there was NO line. As soon as we got there, we were greeted by pick up name and they informed us it'll be right out. Overall, the staff weren't as friendly as other locations. They clearly aren't there to make any friends or to make small talk-- just there to take your order, take your money, and give you your food. No complaints. They got our order correctly. Since the pandemic, so much has changed with chick fil a. They no longer give containers out if you didn't buy them. They now ask about the sauces you want-- if you don't order your sauces while you're ordering your food, don't expect any when you pick up your order. read more

Live in Easton so, unfortunately this CFA is the only one nearby. When my wife isn't feeling well, she likes the soup. Today I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, a cup of soup and a bowl of soup. Total was $18 plus change. Get home, there's only one sandwich in the bag. Last time I visited this location they asked if I wanted sauce and asked for the CFA Sauce, get home, no sauce in the bag one no spoon(s) for the soups. I was home and have spoons here, but if I drove somewhere else to eat while everything was still warm, would have realized then they forgot spoons. At this BROCKTON MA Location, they ALWAYS find a way to screw the orders up. Almost impressive!!! If it wasn't for my wife liking the soup, I'd NEVER go to this location ever again. High occurrence of order errors and preparation failures. Substitute diet lemonade with regular lemonade on 2 occasions without informing me (that could be dangerous for people with health issues). This seems to be a really busy location with it being close to supermarkets and other stores. The one new thing I've experienced at this particular location is the dine in via mobile order. Once you finish your mobile order, you can just sit down at a table and check in via tapping your phone on the table number! Super convenient and easy plus it eliminates the need to stand in line. Why is all the service in Brockton, MA so bad? I've traveled all over the US to many chic fil a restaurants and never had a problem once, so that's that. I ordered 2 sandwich combos and simply asked this girl for a salad container at the window also a dressing and she claimed I had to buy a salad to receive. I felt the attitude from my car for no reason, I simply wanted to put my Mac and cheese in the bowl with the tenders and shake it up. Also a lot was a little weird considering another guy just took my order and didn't hesitate about it. They then forgot my fork and sauce which I had to wait another 5-8 mins for. What is the issue with this location? I'm going to add this review to google as well because next time I go there I won't be nice. After reading the reviews I was hesitant about going to this location but considering it was the only one within reasonable driving distance AND the fact that I was craving Chic-fil-A I had to give it a go. Soooooo glad I went. I was expecting long lines and an even longer wait at the drive-thru considering it was a Saturday evening. However, even though it was considerably busy the team/crew they have working over at the Brockton location handled it in stride like a boss. Everyone working the drive thru was super friendly. They got customers through in a timely fashion. My order was perfect. Needless to say I was impressed. I hope the poor girl who was at the pay booth will forgive me for driving past her mistakenly. She probably thought I was high or trying to get some free food or something. She was still friendly and professional though. Ordering we asked for 8 chick-fa-la sauces for our Meal-CFASan and Meal -Nugg 12ct. Upon ordering and asking for 8 sauces we were told 6 was the limit. Normally that would have been fine but it was the rudeness of the woman taking the order. We looked at the app to make sure nothing changed about the quantity of sauces we could get. The app lets you order 8 but you tell us the limit is 6 with attitude. So much for the friendliness of the crew members. read more
