This was my first unpleasant experience I've had at a chick- fil- A!. I decided to dine in, which is very rare for me to do, as i was enjoying my dinner the store managers, female and male approach my table suddenly to work on the tv that was above my head, the male manager says excuse me but doesn't give me time to move to another location before he starts messing with the tv, the female manager only asks me if she could get me a cup of water. I thought this was very rude to disturb a customer's dinner experience just to plug in a tv for advertisement and to start doing it without allowing the customer to get out of the way first. read more

We've ordered from this chick fil a many times, and they always deliver! The spicy chicken sandwich, Cobb salad & chicken tenders are all money. Definitely like their shakes & diet lemonade too. This is our favorite CFA location. The staff are friendly and my order is ALWAYS right. The play place is great for kids and well kept. Chick fil A tasted great as usual! I typically don't dine inside Chick fil A's so I'm not sure if this is now a regular thing, but I was surprised when I walked in to be greeted by a host. They sat me down at a table and handed me a menu and took my order and checked me out at my table. I was thrown off by this, but it was a quick process and honestly better than standing in line and I imagine it's especially convenient for young families (there's always a ton of kids dining in because of the indoor play area/play ground!) As I ate my meal, there were employees walking around offering to get me a refill or get me anything else I needed. I have never been disappointed with a Chick-fil-A, this is why I didn't even feel it was necessary to check my order. I will not make this mistake again. Once home, we discovered they got half of our order wrong, I drove all of the way back, they apologized and assured me it would be correct that time. I was told "No Charge". An employee, whom I thought was the manager, came out to the car and told me my card did not go through the first time and that was why my order had been messed up I gave him my card again and low and be hold, I've now been charged twice! You can imagine how excited I was when this Chickfila opened less than five minutes from my house! My husband and I decided to dine in for the first time last week. It is almost fancy on the inside! We already knew it looked nice from the outside with the new drive thru look, but inside is even better. It is decorated very well, but the experience inside was bar none. We had an employee open the door and greet us as we walked in. I decided to go inside to eat because I really didn't want to deal with another wrong/missing order by going through the drive-thru. The new set up inside is rather confusing and considering how many employees were inside walking around I was shocked with the lack of customer service. I walked in and the person standing behind what looked like a hostess stand was talking to two other employees and gave no directions when he saw me come in. I walked to the front to be told I can seat myself and someone would come to take my order. As I'm getting settled, another employee tells me I need to go to the back stand and place my order. I go back to where I entered to wait for the 3 employees and they all looked at me as in- what could I be possibly be interrupting their conversation for?! Then I was told to go back to my seat! Stopped here for breakfast early last Saturday morning and came away thinking this is one of the more average Chick-Fil-A locations around. My chicken biscuit, hash brown bites, and diet lemonade were just fine and tasted pretty standard. The two big things I noticed were the condiment area had a lot less condiments than most locations and the staff seemed going through the motions, although in all fairness, I arrived just after opening. I ordered on the app. The cobb salad with grilled and an extra dressing is saved as a favorite. I ordered that a few more meals and a fountain drink for myself. We get in line. The young lady outside acted like she was annoyed that we were there. No, other costumers were there when we arrived. We waited for our food for about 10 minutes. One ever came over to the car or acknowledged us. Our food arrives, we're in the outside lane. She asked by name if this was our food. My husband said yes, she handed it to us and walked off. We drive off. I taste my drink and thought it tasted off. I asked my husband and son how their drinks were. They both said awful. The drinks were watered down, not cold and tasted like the carbonation was out. I open my salad, it's breaded chicken and no extra dressing. This is the worst experience I've ever had at Chick-fil-a. My sister and I came in to eat when there was a little chaos going on. A very rude and inappropriate girl was arguing with the cfa employees. They handled it extremely well and continued to provide GREAT service with a horrible interruption. We have NEVER had problems with chickfila or any employee at the chickfila in buda.
