I had the most pleasant experience at this chick fil a, which I saying something because I've never had a bad experience at one. My kids and I stopped here on the way back to San Antonio and stopped in after about 4 hours in the car. We went into the women's restroom to change a diaper and there were DONATED diapers from the learning center in case you didn't have a diaper with you. We then went to order our food. The cashier was so pleasant and noticing I had my bag and two kids with me, sent someone out to carry our food and drinks to the car so I didn't have to add that to my juggling of kids. Truly a thoughtful team that made my day not only better, but easier. I will be stopping at chick fil as on roadtrips from here on out! read more

It is a Chick-fil-A, you know what you are getting with the food. The lack of playground like the Buda and other Kyle location have made it a one time visit for us. The dining area is cramp and no playground. If you have kids use to that at a Chick-fil-A, do to one of the other locations. read more

The service here was excellent. The food was great as expected from chick fil a. And it's a convenient location near the theatre for a before movie meal. Only drawback was children were running through the place screaming. But that's not the restaurants fault. read more

Chick-Fil-A is located in a safe location off of I-35 with an easy to enter and exit location in front of the EVO theatre. This facility has average speed to order as they always have a line but the employees are extremely nice. That said I'll be brief as if you've been to Chick-Fil-A, outside of service, the food should be about the same. Of course this Chick-Fil-A is no different from any other in terms of service. If it's busy, employees are out in full force getting your order. It's a fast as could be reasonably expected getting through the lines. I've had nothing but great interactions with all the people there and it puts a smile on my face. Their soft drinks are much like any other chain however the shakes, are better than most. I like the vanilla shake for its simplicity however the cookie and cream shake isn't bad either. My friends say the peach milkshake is great but I'm not a fan of peaches however I trust their judgement. As far fries, you know the deal as the waffle fries, I'm not even sure if any other places serve them. I love the fries as they offer a different texture for your mouth to grab onto so kudos for being unique. As far as sauces the Polynesian sauce and Chick-Fil-A sauce are beasts. Offering great flavors for the large surface area of the fries to grab onto. In case you've been on Mars for some time, the Chick-Fil-A sauce is like a tangy, smoky and sweet mayo taste. The Polynesian sauce is like a duck sauce with a tropical theme. Of course the honey mustard is the best in the business too. My advice is get a few sauces for those fries to enjoy, but get more fries for the sauces. Yes, a never-ending food comatose cycle. The nuggets might not be to everyone's liking as they're not processed and formed nuggets, Chick-Fil-A takes a chunk of chicken, breads it and fries. In other words, a healthier alternative to whatever goes into those other nuggets. Again, some might not like them b/c they're not used to them, but I like them. Also sauces pair well as with the fries. Now to the sandwiches. I like grilled chicken sandwiches but every time I get them at this restaurant, they're a bit dry. Adding things like bacon only worsens it but if you're craving one, add a LOT of sauce to help. As for their signature sandwich it's probably the second best out there, behind the place that has a strong man who eats spinach for their name. While a bit small, the fried chicken sammich has good flavor with the three pickles. They're tasty and satisfying otherwise with addition of mayo. Sorry for being a bit longwinded but this particular restaurant is what one would expect from Chick-Fil-A. Fast and friendly service with food you know and love and the best fries out there. Swing on by if you have a craving and order with confidence, just don't forget the sauces! read more

Very convenient location sadly, the food isn't good I ordered french fries on two different occasions and half of my order consisted potato skins Not worth the money, they also didn't have any wipes and they only offered me one ketchup packet, no discount or any kind is offered The diet Coke was flat Would not recommend read more

Had my boyfriend pick up a spicy deluxe and a regular deluxe and since he corrected the drive thru person on them getting his order wrong they took the entire bag of food, sifted through everything and after 6 minutes of manhandling our order he gives him a new spicy deluxe but returns the rest of the food. When he arrived home the food was ridiculously cold so I called the restaurant to give feedback and in a surprisingly non chick fil a way they did absolutely nothing and left us with our cold order and money spent. Couldn't even eat the food I was so disgusted and disappointed. Will not be returning to this location anytime soon. read more

Great quick service and hot fresh food. Crazy all the volume they provide and they get it right every time.

My husband and I recently lost our dog and his favorite toy was his cow that mooed. We walked into this store and saw some cows hanging in a rack, and told the employee that it made us think of our dog. A few minutes later, the manager came over with a goodie bag, including a cow, gift card and very sweet note. In today's times, it did our souls some good knowing there are truly kind people in the world (or at least at Chick Fil A). Thank you so much for your kindness. read more

Food was okay the fries were nice and fresh, but my chicken sandwich was overcooked. They also forgot my nuggets and instead of believing me the worker walked all the way to the table where my family just started eating to check. That was extremely awkward and uncomfortable considering he pretty much interrupted their meal. Made me feel like a was lying and trying to steal. Not to mention all the kids walk over from EVO and make their already small dining area feel much smaller. I'm going to stick to the OG Kyle location as this one kind of sucks. Would give it a 3/10 overall. read more

My only complaint is they seem very bothered if you come in to order or pick up your food. No registers are open, no napkins or straw available. Maybe should lock the doors and do strictly drive thru. read more
