So the lid on the milkshake is plastic, and so is the lid on the Mac n cheese, then they give me a plastic fork to eat the Mac n cheese. So where is or are we saving anything with a paper straw in a milkshake that I can no suck through a paper straw without it collapsing onto itself you gotta be shitting me. I loveee Chick fil A market salad I literally get it three times a week. Today I was in Cherry Hill so for lunch I decided to stop and get a salad. This is the first I've been to this location. The wait was typically Chick fil A style, without any associates outside taking orders. I'm guessing because of the heat, but it was no biggie. I ordered the market salad and I literally had to pick through my salad because there were so many wilted pieces in it. I was expecting a fresh salad and that is not what I received. Unfortunately half of the salad was bad so I ended up wasting $10. Also usually when I go to other locations they put the blue cheese on the side, here it was throughout the salad and I'm not a fan of blue cheese. Maybe it was an off day, maybe tomorrow's salad will be fresh, I won't know because I won't be returning to find out. read more

Driving in is a little scary because the cars from the drive thru are lined up all the way to the entrance which makes pulling in slightly risky. Once your off the highway everything about this places operates smoothly. The lines (2) moved pretty quickly and I was ordering in about 5 minutes. Everything came as ordered! Perfectly delicious! And I love their lemonade I just wish they have more coupons or family fun at all of their locations but the don't. The service is always great at this location. Ms Doris is exceptional at making the children feel special and helping out customers! My reasons for 3 stars are because the parking lot/drive thru can become a nightmare during peak hours and even clog up Haddonfield road. If you park on the left or are handicapped your car will become blocked by the drive thru line. Second the playground is ABSOLUTELY filthy. I mean disgustingly black with grime. It needs a deep thorough professional cleaning. So if you are going for a playground avoid this location. read more

I can't say that my order has ever been wrong, but what I will say is that during the hours of 12pm - 2pm you'll be lucky if you can pull into the property! Chick-fil-A is my go to meal 6 out of 7 days of the week.. and only because it is closed on sunday. This location is pretty popular because it is across from the Cherry Hill Mall. (This can also be a downside because of the mall traffic) The employees are always friendly and the resturant is always clean. And of course- the food is delicious!!! The only reason I am giving this location 4 stars is because of a messed up order in the drive thru. I think there may be a lot of drive-thru confusion because there are two different lanes to place orders that streamline into one to pick up/pay. Granted, I should have checked it before driving all the way home but I didn't and had to drive all the way back when I realized it was completely wrong. I was charged for the right order, but given something completely different. Luckily the employees were super nice about it and were quick to get me the correct food after showing them receipt. read more

My fiance and i had dinner here tonight. I got the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and he got the chicken strips. About an hour after we returned home, he began to feel nauseous and a little dizzy, and vomited shortly thereafter. Since then he has been experiencing stomach pains - classic symptoms of food poisoning. I called the location immediately after he got sick to inform them of this, they told me they would look into the issue, called me back a few minutes later and informed me that they found nothing out of the ordinary with their chicken. The manager was polite and provided me with the corporate number so that I could formally report the incident. I suspect that if the food poisoning was not caused by out-of-date chicken, than it was due to the fact that the chicken was not properly refrigerated or left out too long before it was cooked. -- we had already checked before eating to make sure it was fully cooked (i.e. not pink inside). So far, I am ok, and have not experienced any symptoms of food poisoning. The bottom line: My fiance got sick from the food here - 1 star. We will not be returning here, or probably to any other Chick-fil-A location in the near future (that's probably a blessing in disguise, actually...their food isn't all that good for you anyways...) read more

This is by far my favorite fast food restaurant but I would like to see different options as sides. I love chick fil a... But this is the third time in a row my food has been messed up in one way or another at the drive through. First time, I ordered a grilled chicken club and got a plain chicken patty on the bun. Fine. Went home and dressed it up myself. Yesterday I even asked again if there was sauce in the bag because I didn't see any... He says yes.. Of course there's no sauce in the bag. My review today will focus on the most underrated part of Chick-Fil-A: the breakfast menu. I know people are often skeptical about fast food breakfast items but trust me when I say the quality and taste are as good any high end breakfast restaurant/diner in the Philadelphia area and the price is hard to beat. Personal favorite items are the Chick-Fil-A Chicken Biscuit and the Chicken Breakfast Burrito (the sausage burrito is excellent as well). If it is your first trip here I'd suggest the hash browns are a must try (crisp, delicious, salty fried potatoes). For you seasoned Chick-Fil-A breakfast vets the mixed fruit cup is a great alternative (apples, grapes, strawberries and oranges) I will be stopping here at least once a week for breakfast! read more

This is the best Chick Fila I have been to, definitely the best in the area by far. The chicken is huge compared to other Chick Fila's, it usually is hanging out of the bread. Service is extremely nice and will bring you whatever you need before you even realize you need it. The line can be long at times because of the close proximity to the mall. read more

Full confession - I am from Texas and have been a lover of Chick-fil-A (CFA) since the early 1980s when they could only be found in the food court of malls or in small restaurnats (The Dwarf House) in Gergia. There is simply no fast food that has higher quality anywhere...this review is more about the service as this location. CFA prides themselves on their consistant quality food, fast, friendly service, in a clean envirnment. The service in Cherry Hill is lacking that typical CFA standard. Is it a NJ thing? I don't think so...NJ folks are FAR more freindly than advertised, Plain and simple this is about quality leadership...is it the GM, the managers, or the shift leaders? Who knows...the food it still excellent. If you have never tried, I HIGHLY recommend you start with a Chick-fil-A sandwaich (the original). Insiders trick...for a neat treat order a side of chicken salad and an order of waffle fries...use the fries like a chip and use the chicken salad as the dip (nice treat). read more

My experience at Chick-Fil-A is usually a pleasant one. For a fast food restaurant their food is excellent, and overall I'd give it 4.5 stars. However, my experience at the drive-through Cherry Hill Chick-Fil-A was soured. When I ordered, I mentioned not to forget the ketchup packet at the end. Apparently the cashier, named Charika according to my receipt, wasn't very customer friendly, as she for "forgot" the straw for my drink, ketchup packet, and gave me a Chick-Fil-A sandwich labeled plain. I hope the Cherry Hill Chick-Fil-A is more careful in the future when choosing their employees. read more
