Sorry, i was disappointed with the food. Easy to get to the location. Nice people. Quick service. Efficient drive-thru mid-afternoon on a Thursday. I tried the honey pepper pimento chicken sandwich. The chicken itself was fine. But there was hardly any pimento cheese on the sandwich, nothing like the photos, which was disappointing. The waffle fries were lukewarm. This is my go to chick-fil-A whenever I'm in this area which is usually every two to three weeks. I do have the app so I normally pre-order from my favorites. I usually do the curbside delivery so they bring my food to my car. Upon arriving you put in your parking space number. To be honest with you. I find this is the fastest way to get your order. I once placed my order on the mobile app which you always prepay first. I went inside to pick up my order and the wait was so long it was ridiculous. I might as well stood in a line but they didn't even have a line. Everyone was waiting for their order. It was to much going on for me. So I prefer to have curbside delivery. Much quicker just be sure to add on any sauces that you may need under the special instructions because they won't automatically give you any if you're not specific. So be sure to check your bag. Don't say I didn't warn you. The food is fresh and I love getting my rewards. Definitely pays off. read more

There was no notification, email, or any information shared with me with regards to the delay in opening to my catering order. We planned for a party with Chick-fil-a as the center piece. There was a lot of hungry and disappointed people The store knew and posted the change of hours of operations a day before on Facebook but failed to inform a catering customer that has an order that was placed a week earlier. Constant problems. I'm shocked about the rude service and how long it takes EVERY time. I've also had delivery and they are almost always missing something. I was waiting inside for my order and I thought the woman was FINALLY bringing it to me and when I realized it wasn't mine I said "ooops that's not mine!" The line was too long, and no one was inside so we decided to go inside. No one was at the front AT ALL. I stood there for a few minutes, so I spoke up "excuse me is the front closed?" She called for someone to come out from the back. I've never ever not seen anyone at front before waiting for the next customer. Happy to have this new Chick-fil-A in the area. I have been a few times for quick lunches but recently had a wonderful experience with picking up a catering order for my daughter's first birthday party. Online ordering is a breeze, and I ordered a few days before the event and picked up the day of the party, yesterday. I received a courtesy call that morning as I was on my way to get the order. Everything was packed nicely, accurate, and one of the employees helped me with the items to my car. The parking lot is smaller than some especially since they share a lot with the CVS but it's very conveniently located off Route 32. To avoid the traffic on 32, take the back roads parallel to the highway. I would definitely choose this location again for catering needs, and will be back soon to dine in. read more

I actually have never had such bad food from a Chick-Fil-A. Ordered a basic #1 meal for me and two kids. All three sandwiches had a half-sized, stringy piece of chicken with very little breading, and all three containers of fries were half full of undercooked fries. Carl here. Tried to respond to a review left by Amy K below but my comment was unfortunately too many characters. Chick-fil-A in Clarksville gets a 5 star rating from me! I'm kind of confused why a vegan would be going to Chickfila in the first place. Anyhow, it sounds like "frosty head" was being very kind to Amy K while trying to resolve the issue at hand. In my experience Chick-fil-A was never able to just throw carrots on my chicken or any of my salads even. Because they just don't have extra carrots lying around. I was able to add a hard boiled egg to my side salad though. But when I couldn't add carrots to my salad - I didn't get my panties in a bunch, Amy K. Ya know what Amy K, let me ask you, were you having a bad day? Because that's no way to speak to poor ol frosty head. I truly have to side with frosty head on this one. It speaks volumes that an innocent bystander yelled at Amy K to "be nice" to frosty head. Sounds like Amy K wasn't being very nice, huh? Frosty head has always been nice to me (if it's the sweet blonde haired girl I've always encountered here at this particular Chick-fil-A). I've been going to this chickfila for years. I eat chicken though, so it makes sense. For Amy K, I'd like to suggest a vegan restaurant named Great SAGE for her next visit to Clarksville, it's right down the road and it's delicious. Before he took my order he was helping another customer and I could tell by the way he was talking he came off very arrogant. After Jessie took my order one of the kitchen staff came from the back and was clocking out for the day and he was a older Hispanic gentleman. I am assuming he was having a hard time with the register to clock out and Jessie assisted him. After he assisted him he went on to say OUT LOUD after this gentleman exited the building, I don't think he understood what I was saying. This is the worst chick fil a location I've ever visited, sadly it's the closest to where I live which means my family and I will eat chick fil less from now on. The staff are rude and it's not surprising because there is a toxic culture here and the owner must have skimped into ownership, which surprises me bc chick fil does such a thorough screening... this owner is the worst because this location definitely is not representative of the CFA brand customers have grown to love nor does it have any uniformity and integrity in serving customers. The worst employee is JP. He is rude, shows no responsibility for mishaps nor apologizes for his arrogance. I will never eat here again and our neighbors won't too. I mentioned my experience after leaving the store and many others shared the same sentiment about this particular location, it didn't surprise me. I don't see a long future with Clarksville residents as we have options and note: it's best the chick fil a brand takes notice now.
