The manager went out her way to make sure we were taken care of down to making us fresh fries and fresh grilled club sandwich before 8am! It's been years since I went and I am thrilled with them being closed on Sundays so there staff can be at church or with family. Chicken sandwiches and salad were fine, BUT, their stand on LGBTQ rights is not what I can support, so I won't be back. read more

They have the best chicken sandwich compared to any fast food restaurant. I especially like their spicy chicken sandwich. They also have great sweet tea. Their service is fast and they are very courteous. It is a great place to eat and get quality food. read more

Stopped at this Chick-fil-a off 75 on our drive to FL. The server Mallory made our experience of of the best dining experiences ever. She was so nice and helpful and was so excited that it was my husbands first time in a chick-fil-a. She was quick to offer to get refills and sauce and was super personable. We only wish we didn't live 300 miles away so we could support this location more often! read more

The service was awful. I made it to the restaurant and most of the workers is at the drive thru window having a conversation, not working. I always thought fresh carnations at every table was every chick-fil-a's signature. but apparently it varies on location or area. for this particular C-F-A, there's fresh picked cotton at every table and counter; including the restrooms. our traveling group (including myself) thought that was really unique. it's a great indicator that you're way too far from home (aka the city) and you're definitely in the country side. other than that, nothing out of the ordinary here. as with all C-F-As, the store is clean, staff is friendly, and hospitable. read more

This has to be the most gorgeous friend cf I have ever been in. I thought they were all friendly but this one takes you to a whole new level. smiles with eye contact when you walk in to i will be happy to help you here again with sincere smile and eye contact. Such a great experience! The staff was so pleasant and helpful. Since we had our pup with us we dined outside, our food was delivered to us and they even came out to see if we needed any refills on our drinks. When I went to leave the young man that delivered our food said "I hope that you have a safe trip where you are driving" so sweet! We were just passing through town. Food was fresh, hot and service was quick. Bathrooms were clean and had soap and paper, wife, son and myself all used them. Staff was friendly greeted as we entered and thanked as we left, a rarity at any restaurant much less a fast food restaurant. read more

What is all the fuss about this Chick-fil-A? It's just another chain with a lame name and corporate attitude for telling people how to live their lives. Stay in your lane and try to make the food better. I have only been once as I am not a chain fast food restaurant fan. If you you are and you like greasy food with the ambiance and clientele of a Hardees or Sonic then this is your place. But let's get real folks, it's nothing special. Yet people rave about things that are mediocre at best. Reviews are subjective and relative to their experiences. read more

Ate here on 3/30. Store was crazy busy and we were still served super fast. I think we were in and out in about 5 minutes. I don't know how they do it. Plus Associate was very friendly and courteous and food was of typical high quality I've come to expect at any Chick-Fil-A. I'm very impressed. They set the standard for fast food. read more

This place is a total gem! I'm from Michigan and these restaurants are not too common and prior to this visit I had never had Chick-Fil-A. We came in and the staff were super friendly, moderately busy but the place was clean and every staff member was so kind. The restrooms were clean, well stocked and they had complimentary mouthwash for your stanky breath! How thoughtful. :P I just got the original chicken sandwich and some waffle fries. LAWD. Every time I visit a Chick-fil-A the restaurant is clean and the employees are friendly. The staff is not only friendly but they appear happy and want to be at work. This is by far the worst chick -fil-a I have ever been to. Ordered a chicken biscuit with cheese. Get the sandwich and it's cold, to the point even the cheese can't melt. I took it back and just asked for them to heat it up a little. Teenager in the kitchen says "she's wrong, it was hot". I notified the manager and she didn't seem to care too much. Sandwich wasn't any hotter and cheese still hadn't melted. Meanwhile there were approximately 50 sandwiches just sitting in the heater. We ended up throwing both of our meals away. read more

The owners mother came over and we told her this was our first time at a Chik fil a. She was very nice as were ALL the employees we interacted with. Even got a complimentary dessert! Very clean and efficient. Went at 1230 on a Saturday and they really kept things moving but you don't feel rushed. Very good chicken sandwich! Waffle fries were great and food was hot! So we are from Iowa traveling to FL. We stopped for lunch and can defiantly say this was the first time I have been SO disappointed in this company. The restaurants in Iowa have ALWAYS been hot and fresh. Today none of our food was warm, not even my fries. My husband sandwich was made plain instead of a deluxe so he had to go in. The new sandwich he was given was burnt but still not hot. It was like it had sat under the warmer. He asked for avocado dressing twice and they still didn't place in bag. This restaurant was very disappointing. Went to take survey on receipt and they had just given a generic receipt so I can't take survey. How convenient for them. read more
