Quick stop around lunchtime on a road trip. Very very busy and not a great parking lot/drive through design. We ordered ahead on the app and checked in ahead of time. Unfortunately, it's impossible to get past the wait time here to give them much of a chance. It's the slowest chick-fil-a I've ever been to. They have multiple entrances to the drive thru so you could sit in one side of the line forever while other people come in from a different direction and get ahead of you. I order on the app which makes zero difference. There's no way to let them know you are outside waiting so you just sit in the line and they make your food once you tell them at the drive through. I thought going in might be quicker, so I did that one time. Nope, I think it took longer. I'd probably come here more but it's slow and frustrating. They really need to figure out a better system to run this chick-fil-a location. Maybe create a mobile order only lane as some other locations have done. This would encourage people to use the app more cutting back on time in line. As I sit here today, there is only 1 line open at the drive through. Time to upgrade. read more

They have only two lanes and only one is for drive-thru. So I waited for 25 minutes just to get a milkshake and there is no way to get out of the lanes once you are in. And I waited 30 minutes at curbside, with orders coming n going and two whole lines from HWY 21 go by. Chick-fil-A mesmerizes me. As a parent I spend my life making decisions for my kids. Sometimes I let them decide what they want to eat. Recently they have decided that CFA is awesome and I kind of agree with them. Just don't tell them because they would lose their minds. This CFA is located on Hwy 21 near the world's worst interstate corridor. I'd strongly caution you to not try and come here unless you live nearby, or are already in the area. Getting here from I-12 is a disaster. Once you navigate the chaos of I-12 @ Hwy 21 you will be greeted by an Ipad having employee in the parking lot to take your order. What an awesome idea. My guess is they only do this during busy times, but that is when I always seem to go here. Ordering in person like that cuts down on errors and speeds up the line. It's genius. I am not sure how they do it, but like most CFA locations, this one has a great staff. Every person I have encountered here has been super cheery, friendly, and seems to love their job. Maybe having Sundays off is a good thing. A good thing for the workers not the kids who want a chicken sandwich. read more

Oh, Chick-fil-A, how I've missed you. Coming from the Northeast there is little chance that I could devour Chick-fil-A. I decided to make a quick stop at this location while passing through the state during my road trip. The line outside was horrendous. Yes, I said the line outside. The line for drive thru wrapped around the restaurant and parking lot causing customers inconvenience. I waited for the cars in front of me to make their way up to the drive thru window and then parked when I could. The line inside was also horrendous, but it moved much faster than outside. The staff appeared to be stressed and overwhelmed but nonetheless friendly and efficient. I had the original fried chicken sandwich and asked for the Polynesian sauce. Phenomenal! This Chick-fil-A has amazing staff and great food. Just like any other Chick-fil-A they have great quality control, the food is hot, bathroom is clean, and condiments are restocked. The only freaking reason that I give it a 3 stars is that it's always packed! They just don't know how to control the traffic. I have a terrible time trying to even find parking. You can forget about drive through because that can take 20 minutes. If you can waddle your way in though, this place is awesome, but for me, it is just not worth the wait. read more

Long lines, curt employees and the manager (Hanna) didn't fully respond to my question. This is not what is expected at a Chick fil a, it's more like a Churches Chicken in New Orleans. The food quality and freshness is good. The teamwork and streamlining is great. Unfortunately our last 3 visits they have gotten sloppy and we have had incorrect orders. They didn't add the cheese and bacon in two occasions even though I heard them repeat it back. This time they forgot the dressing and I had even ordered an extra dressing. If you go there, double checked the accuracy of your order before pulling out. Especially if you deviated or added anything. They aren't accurate which is a first for me for any chick fil a. They undercook their fries so you'll need to throw them in the oven when you get home. Or eat them in the car right away. read more

But I'd rather drive to 190 after this train wreck: I placed a catering order; arrived for pick up to be told "we just have to box up the coffee..." 35 minutes go by as the food/ice of the catering order just sat out on the counter, not in a warmer or in the freezer. Once handed the order- no condiments, utensils, napkins, cream/sugar, cups, etc. . No apology, instead all things requested when placing the order were just thrown in the large catering bag and handed back in silence. When I asked where a manager was (to see if they believed a 35 min wait was acceptable) the employee replied "she's busy or on break." ....again, save the headache and drive to 190 ESPECIALLY for catering orders. read more

It is not clean - the staff seem disorganized and not very knowledgeable. The food itself is greasy and I have had tough chicken more than once. I thought we would have missed the peak lunch crowd since we got there at 12:45pm but the lines were so long for the drive through and indoors. I thought the staff did a good job about managing the crowds and keeping a positive attitude despite all the chaos happening. One of the outside attendants observed me sitting in the car and took care of the order claiming a "new team member messed up". Food is always fresh & delicious & frozen lemonade is great! Restaurant is always very clean. As I had my lunch I watched the drive thru line go from bad to worse. The biggest issue seems to be the drivers being oblivious to anyone behind them. Is it possible to have signage or the employees taking the orders "ask" them to please pull "all the way up to the car in front of them". It creates a MAJOR traffic problem all the way out of the parking lot onto Hwy 21 & impedes traffic from both ways. read more

By far the worst CFA experience I have ever had. I am a huge CFA fan and I also have a child that is employed by a CFA in Georgia so I know the expectations of this company. We were traveling through La on a trip and headed back to Georgia when we stopped at this location at 9pm. The restaurant was quiet with only one other family in the dining room. (Busyness could not be used as an excuse) We placed our order and I immediately went to the restroom as we had been on the road for hours. The bathroom was very dirty-toilet paper all over the floors, counter tops were full of water and overflowing paper towels on counter and floors because the trash had not been emptied. I overlooked it and went to the table to enjoy our meal. We were missing one of our entrees (4pc strip) and the girl working the cashier position was bringing our drinks out to us so I reminded her that we had not received that part of our order. She walked away and about 5 minutes later a kid walks up and hands us 1 strip in a box?? I politely asked what that was and he said- you wanted a strip. I said, no we wanted the 4pc that we paid for. He walked back and the cashier yelled back at our table for clarification of the missing strips. It was about 8 more minutes before we received the 4pc and the rest of us were nearly done with our food at this point. Mistakes will happen and I understand that but they messed this up more than once and we never once received any type of apology. My issue was customer service which should NEVER be an issue at CFA. Our deluxe sandwiches had no tomatoes and when we asked we were told they were out of tomato. This should have been told to us when we ordered and paid extra for something we would not receive. In our entire hour at this location we never received one "My pleasure" or one "I'm sorry- I will correct this for you." Instead- they seemed burdened and bothered to have to correct the order they messed up. From the visibly tattooed workers, to the dirty restrooms, and overall poor customer service- this location is not up to the quality and standards that have come to be expected of CFA. read more

During this pandemic, I was craving some Chick Fil A, so I popped up. Now obviously it's only drive thru, so we sit in line and finally get to the front. A more heavy set girl walks up, without greeting us, and rudely asks for a name. We tell her, and she proceeds to rush us to order. She walks away, and starts talking to her friend, even though we hadn't finished ordering. She then tells us they're out of fries AFTER we had completed our order. She seemed agitated that we didn't know what sides we wanted in .2 seconds. I love this Chick Fil A, and most I've been to, but if I ever have service like that again here I'll be contacting a manager. Not satisfied... I have been coming here for years with my family. We always get such excellent service. A few highlights: It was raining out and I had my 6 month old, 3 yo and 6 yo with me. One of the employees room an umbrella and walked me to our car so the baby wouldn't get wet. I recommend if you have kids to do the app to order ahead and then when you show up, you enter your table number and then in about 5 minutes the food arrives. No waiting in line while trying to watch the kids play at the same time. I also recommend using the app because you can earn points to extra food items. The restrooms and restaurant are almost always super clean. However, at busy lunch times it can get become a little messy but you can see the workers constantly cleaning as people come and go. I also like that they have the fresh fruit cups as a side and my kids love that you can trade in the toy for an ice cream cone. The drive thru can be long but they keep it moving. However, using the app can bypass waiting in a car line. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant. read more
