Service was excellent and staff courteous. I haven't been here since last holiday season. My wife and I have been a fan of the peppermint chocolate milkshakes. The recipe has changed the ratio of chocolate to peppermint to where there is much less dark chocolate quantity and the size is much smaller. I held out for surplus at bottom of cup but there was none. I will try one more time at another store. If this is the new recipe I won't be back! read more

I've been here 4 times drive thru. Service very good and polite, food well it was okay nothing bad at all just not what I expected with all the hype. Just don't find it anything to go out of my way for. I will admit I am more of a good burger guy chicken is just survival food for me. I had come here a couple of times before and I have never had an issue before. But this recent exchange I had many many issues. For example when I was taking my order the fat little boy helping me would not focus on me, he could not hold direct eye contact and kept turning to talk to his co-workers while helping me. It found this extremely rude and as a result of this I had received the wrong food and drink. And when going back to the counter to get my order fixed the boy continued to tell me I got what I ordered finally after his manager stepped in I got my food correctly. After I finished eating I had gone back to counter to possibly talk to a manger about my experience and noticed the boy was gone. I had gone to leave and as I was leaving I noticed the boy in his black Buick staring me down with a disturbing angered look. Wow I have never been more disappointed. I did not go inside to see the "ambiance" but my food bag clearly says mac n cheese and instead I got an 8 pack of nuggets. And I also ordered a 12 count grilled nugget and only got 11!!!!! The service was normal as always. But overall disappointed in this place. read more

The lemonade was the worst I've ever tasted, I asked for a spicy deluxe meal and they gave me a regular sandwich, the fries tasted like nothing. The worst chick fil a I've been to in a while. As for the service both the worker taking more order and the one giving me my food had serious trouble taking my order and then forgot about our drinks. I'm extremely annoyed. They have 2 lines taking orders and apparently the line I chose was the wrong one. The woman doing the orders was having "technical difficulties" and I watched SIX vehicles go by in the line next to mine. She said "I'm trying to get help but it's hard to get help right now". The way this drive thru is set up you can't get out of line. I came here for a quick stop to drive thru and it's been 20 minutes just to order. I would have just left if I could have gotten out of line. I'm very displeased. Either have staff to help during "technical difficulties " or close the damn line. Stopped by for lunch and was blown away by the customer service. Everyone was so nice and helpful. A few workers even came by to ask how our food was and if we needed anything else. I've been here lots of times and never had a bad experience until today that's why I gave it 4 stars still. I went in the drive thru and the person taking my order it seemed was rushing me after everything I ordered they asked if that was it. Then she said the total so fast I couldn't understand what she said. Then when I got my food we thankfully pulled up to check to make sure the food was correct because we live 35 mins away. My order was missing one sandwich and had two breaded nuggets instead of one breaded and one grilled. I went inside to get the correct food and they gave it to me but everyone was just not friendly like the usually experience from a Chick-fil-A. read more

I read a previous review about the fries and I had the same experience here. Soggy fries that were lukewarm. It was too bad as I normally get a nice hot large fry. I am also used to Chickfila workers going above and beyond. They are usually super happy to serve you but this wasn't really the case this time. I kindly asked the lady if she could throw my drink carrier away as I didn't need the extra trash in my car and she looked at me with disgust and picked it up with two fingers and threw it away like I had some sort of disease. Anyways the sandwiches were good which somewhat saved the review for this place. I will give it another chance in the future and see what happens. read more

I can't seem to go here without a service issue. I'll give three examples. First time: dined in and ordered coffee to drink. They didn't have any made and told me it would be about 7 minutes, and they'd bring it out to me. About 15 minutes later, I approached the counter. They had made the coffee but forgot to bring it to me. No apology; but not a big deal. I was done with my meal at that point, but enjoyed my coffee - which was rather weak, by the way. Not like the chick filet a coffee I've had in the past, which had a nice, full flavor. Second time: Drive thru. I ordered a southwest salad with no tomatoes or corn. This is because I have diverticulosis and cannot eat corn or tomato seeds. When I got home, my salad was loaded with both. Third time: Tried ordering the salad again, and this time tried to make it politely but very clear of how I would like it prepared. I waited about 5 min at the window. Then they had me pull up to the drive thru waiting area. I waited about another 5-7 minutes. They finally brought the order out. The chicken and fries were there but the thing I obviously waited for - my salad - was missing! I got the server's attention right before he walked back in. He returned with my salad a minute later and he did apologize. All good. Until I got home. There was no dressing. Maybe my expectations have just been set high because normally Chick Filet A excels in good service. But this one is no better than your average McDonalds. read more

This franchisee doesn't even deserve 1 star for the 3rd and final time we went through the drive thru. After speaking to an manager twice and eventually the owner or franchisee, I wrote and spoke with folks at the corporate location in Georgia. I am amazed how Chicka filet still wants my patronage. They want us to stay an happy customer but haven't changed the franchisee's way to be deceitful to cut portions so she can save money in inventory. Her team repeatedly would say it's policy to leave out the rest of the drink if I didn't want ice in it. I finally called them out and told them, this is not corporate policy but the franchisee policy and it is totally unacceptable. This was never remedied in an timely fashion. All 3 of our cherry cokes were watered down. The first time we came in they gave us Medium cherry cokes instead of the Larges we paid for and asked. Next the 12 piece nuggets were shorted by 6. When we called back by franchisee owner never sent out what she promised to send us. When I called again she never returned my call. Lastly all 3 different drive thru experiences we never recieved any of the children their sauces we ordered. This mom then had to turn around after 10 minutes and go and retrieve those sauces..6 total. When the children opened up the sauces those packages were on the verge of exploding and felt too warm, like they were just microwaved. I said nope no one is eating at this location again..the franchisee will do whatever she can to short change you on the portions sauces and drinks. We still were never satisfied with the remedy, because the franchisee never followed through I am surprised she doesn't charge for ice. Please use caution when going to this location. This franchisee doesn't care if you leave happy or not. Our smallest complaint is the lack of any salt on the fries. I expected an much better customer friendly experience after the first complaint I went to the franchisee manager about..Nope and I'm still getting ignored by this franchisee read more

Overall I was disappointed with how everything went for our lunch today. The server that took our order was very harsh and abrupt, providing a condescending, almost mocking, tone when speaking with my dad. In lieu of the corona virus, I can understand her wanting to have a speedy exchange, but she was quite rude. Our sandwiches were very good, as expected from Chick-Fil-A, but the fries were super soggy and drenched in grease. Very unappetizing fries - probably a too large batch made and then served over a long period of time. If you're in the area and craving some Chick-Fil-A, I would spend the extra 10 minutes and go to the one in Pewaukee. Much better service and higher quality food. read more

I always think of writing a good review of a good experience somewhere, and rarely do I follow through with it. This time, I can't let that happen. Today has genuinely been my best experience at a fast food restaurant, maybe even at a restaurant in general. These days, it's difficult to come across fast food workers, even higher-end fast food workers (such as Chick-fil-a) who actually give a hoot about the customers or even their job for that matter. This Delafield location is filled with well-carried, respectful, kind, helpful, and overall just great teenagers who make it their goal to make sure you have the best experience you possibly can inside of their chick-fil-a. I always know when I visit a Chick-fil-a that I will be receiving great service, but this was next level, absolutely outstanding! Guys I hope this isn't getting too corny but I felt proud to be a Chick-fil-a customer today. Food was delicious too! read more

This was my first to ever visit a Chic-fil-A and I have to admit that I don't get the hype and frenzy of this chain. The service itself was very good and I did not have to wait very long to get my food however, the food itself was not all that great. Since it was a first time purchase I ordered several items. First, the grilled nuggets tasted like the grilled flavored was added to the meat and not that it actually had a fresh grilled flavored and a couple of the nuggets also had hard gristly pieces in them. The chicken strips were probably the best however, there was a sweetness to the coating that was unexpected and didn't really care for but I'm sure some people like that. The spicy deluxe sandwich was ok but you can get a better and larger piece of meat at Culver's. The grilled deluxe sandwich was ok. The bacon actually gave the sandwich more flavor. Lastly, the waffle fries were a super disappointment. They were very soggy and undercooked. So for me, Chic-fil-A is nothing special. Since this was my first time eating here, I can't say I was disappointed just unimpressed and don't understand the hype of this chain. Or is it just this store? Either way, I'm pretty sure I won't be a repeat customer. read more
