    Southwest Avo bowl
    Ben W.

I might have got the wrong item but I got the most popular southwest avocado bowl which was okay. The portion was not as big as I would have hoped but the ingredients were fresh. The bowl was 12.84 and came with a bun but the bun was dry and not warm even though they said it was. I think I have to give it another shot with soup and Sammie combo but could have been better for what I paid for it. Service was good and quick though

I've always enjoyed coming here--it's clean, the food is healthy, and it's always busy, which is a good sign. We typically eat here about twice a month and often see the same friendly staff, which adds to the experience. However, today was a bit of a letdown. We tried ordering online, but encountered some sort of error, so we decided to drive to the store instead. Our total came to about $50, which is reasonable for a family of four, but the portions seemed smaller than usual. The lettuce was wilty, which is unusual for this place. On top of that, the Avocado Club sandwich was missing the avocado, and we didn't receive butter for the rolls or silverware with our to-go order. I've had great experiences here in the past, but today's visit didn't meet the usual standard. I'm hopeful this was just an off day.

Very similar to Panera, but definitely a much larger selection. The mushroom bisque was really tasty and had plenty of mushrooms .The sandwich was ok,but needed a little bit more BBQ flavor.I like the chocolate covered strawberry, nice touch.Portions are much larger then Panera too!

    Struggling to eat the rice

Rice was hard and cold every thing else was good, it was fast and everything was right to the point.

Pastrami sandwich and lobster bisque soup

I usually always drive pass this restaurant when My wife and I go shopping. We heard great reviews from friends so we decided to grab some dinner. It was AMAZING, trust me I love my bbq and tacos etc, but this place was a healthier choice and it was fantastic. I decided to order the try two combo. You can choose from a sandwich, soup or salad. I chose the pastrami sandwich which is a seasonal sandwich, the lobster bisque, and just a cup of water. The lobster bisque soup was delicious with the price of bread that came with it. The pastrami sandwhich was warm and soft. They even included a free chocolate covered strawberry * free desert. I enjoyed my meal and would definitely come back. If you haven't tried it and you like Panera, you'll love this place!

Food is still good, but the service has dropped off post Covid, as it has many places. Love the chicken enchilada soup!!!

I've known about Café Zupas since it opened but never tried it, so I finally made an opportunity to do so. Not wanting to try just one thing on my first visit, I ordered the Italian Club sandwich, the seasonal version of their Wisconsin Cauliflower soup that comes with noodles instead of the bacon and cheddar, and the Chocolate Mousse Cake. The dressing on the Italian Club had a bit of a kick to it. Not expected, but not unwelcome either. The sandwich was larger than I expected it to be, mostly due to excess bread. Overall I thought it was a decent sandwich and something I would maybe consider ordering again with a discount of some sort. I don't know if it's worth about $7 normally. I appreciated the free chocolate covered strawberry in the box with the sandwich. That was a nice touch. As for the soup, with the noodles and thick consistency it was more like a mac and cheese than a soup. Again, not expected, but not unwelcome either, same as the chocolate covered strawberry that also came with it. The soup could have been a little hotter, but I liked it nonetheless. I'd consider getting the standard Wisconsin Cauliflower next time to see if it's even better with the bacon and cheddar. The Chocolate Mousse Cake didn't wow me like I hoped it would. There wasn't anything wrong with it, I just expected more impactful flavors. Next time I'd try the Crème Brulee Cheesecake instead. The restaurant itself is very stylish looking and at least for salads you can watch your food being assembled, which I always find interesting to do. I don't know how busy they normally are, but besides a takeout order and one other table with two customers at it, I was the only one there from the beginning to end of my sandwich and soup. I hope for their sake that's not a normal occurrence because this area lacks a large variety of options for healthy, non-fast food places.

It came out with nicely salted butter for the soft bread served on the side. For soups I got a dill tomato, curry lentil, hatch black bean, and cream of mushroom. The dill tomato was my favorite, I may try to recreate this at home since I am not from the area. The curry lentil was very filling and rich. The hatch black bean soup was something different to try- I ended up really liking it. Lastly, the cream of mushroom soup was not my favorite. It felt very plain and the mushrooms were cut into slices, I think I prefer more of a chopped or slivered mushroom. They have great natural lighting and plenty of seating. I sat and studied at one of the tables for a while.

While a tiny place, you're greeted with a wonderful smell as soon as you open the door, embracing your nose like a warm hug. Service was great! Staff was efficient and offered great suggestions, such as when I wanted the grilled cheese but I am not a fan of pepperjack and it was offered to add in some mozzarella instead of the pepperjack and it was not only a thoughtful suggestion, it was an amazing sandwich! I did a combo with the ginger carrot soup and it definitely had the ginger kick but was not too potent for me and I appreciated the suggestion from staff to try this one. Just a couple small quibbles that prevented Loup from getting five stars: - There were no croutons, crackers, or bread served with the soup. That is a must for me and something that can be easily corrected. - The M&M cookie--while quite large--was not great, especially for $4. It's my husband's favorite kind of cookie and he only had about a third of it before passing it on to me. I ended up having it at home with milk (which helped) but it was overall a disappointing and expensive dessert.

It's great they have plenty of children's drink options as well. We grabbed them each a milk. I had the 'pick-two' and got chicken and rice soup paired with the green goddess salad. Soup was delishhhhh, as always from Panera. The salad was a little lackluster though. My husband also raved about the broc-cheddar soup. They also have lunch specials if you're short on time or trying to stay within a budget. For an appetizer, we got the Red Bean Sesame Balls. You get six of these delightful little hot and sweet balls with a red bean center. Probably more of a dessert than an appetizer, but that didn't stop us. Two of us ordered the Pho. I got the Seafood Pho, and the other person got the Beef Pho. Both came out plenty hot, with very generous portions even though we ordered the small size. There were lots of delicious ingredients and a flavorful broth. Both were excellent. The third person ordered the Pad Thai, which was also delicious. The meat was tender, the noodles were cooked just right, and once again, it was a generous portion. Service: We were seated right away and given menus and waters. The server did a good job helping us navigate the menu and was friendly and efficient. The only issue was the timing of the food. Two of us received our Pho while the third person had to wait for her Pad Thai. It would have been better if all three meals had arrived closer together. Instead, we had that slightly awkward round of, "You eat," "No, I'll wait," "No, it'll get cold," and "Do you want some of mine?" Atmosphere: It's a well-designed space with plenty of seating, including spots at a counter and throughout the dining room. The acoustics are a bit loud because of all the hard surfaces, and the volume of the music added to the overall noise level. At times, it was difficult to hear someone across the table without leaning in. Overall, an excellent meal. I would definitely stop in again, either to order the exact same thing or to try something new.
