Inside, the décor is clearly intentional, with thoughtful details that make the space feel warm, elevated, and inviting. The service was outstanding. We had a fairly large group (around 10 people), and not once did anyone go without water, drinks, or a friendly check-in to make sure everything was perfect. Truly attentive without feeling overbearing. If you're an Italian food lover, this is absolutely the place. Pasta, bread, steak--they have it all, and nothing disappointed. And the cheese wheel?! You don't need a trip to Italy for that experience. Watching my son's noodles get coated in rich, melty cheese tableside was both delicious and memorable--an experience all on its own. Su Lago delivers on atmosphere, service, and food. We'll definitely be back.

It took 15 minutes for the server to come to us when we first got there and we were the only ones in the restaurant. We were going to get coffee and dessert, but we weren't going to wait any longer. It had been 20 minutes since she left with our dishes. The food was better the last time. We shared a the fig salad to start. They split it for us without asking if we wanted it split and then charged us for the split. My husband had the Raghu. It was fine, but nothing special not for that price. I had the sea bass. It was really salty. I was drinking iced tea and, when I ordered another one, I was informed that refills were not free. Seriously for the prices they charge, they need an extra $2.50? We were very disappointed. Will not be going back.

As mentioned by other…read morereviewers, it can get crowded and reservations are definitely a better idea then chancing a walk-in. All of the servers that we have ever had here have been really, really nice as well as well informed as to the menu. The lasagna here is PHENOMENAL!! My wife and I usually order different dishes so that we can try new things, but here we always both order the lasagna. A typical night for us looks like an order of the bruschetta as an app, two lasagna entrees...and maybe a few vodka sodas and captain and diets to wash things down :) I have also tried the pizza a few times, and it is good...but the heart in my stomach is in love with the lasagna.

We tried a cranberry and apple salad with scallops. The scallops were the best part. The beer list was more interesting than the wine list, but they did have several wines available by the glass. 4/5 Service: Both the bartender and Andrea our server were very attentive 4.5/5 Ambience: huge parking lot surrounding the restaurant. There was apparently a birthday party for a six-year-old with some very wild children running about. Once they left, the place was much more pleasant. 3.5/5

By time we left there was a line at the door. The restaurant is intimate feeling and the low light created the perfect cozy feeling. There are good variety of table sizes for all types of groups, and outdoor seating for those warmer days and nights. Looking around as we were deciding on what to order, everything that was being delivered to tables around us, looked delicious! I ordered the Tortelloni Della campagna, an amazing mushroom filled pasta dish. Everything was so good and the perfect serving size. There are plenty of options of wine to go with your pasta dish. I am excited to come back and try more!

Tried the 3 for $35 weeknight special, which included an appetizer, entree and dessert. My bruschetta appetizer was fresh and loaded with plenty of tomato. Loved the pesto on top. For the entree, I went with their famous Rigatoni Bolognese, and it mostly lived up to the hype. For dessert, I had to try the creme brulee. It was carmalized nicely and the custard was delicious, but it could have benefited from some additional fruit toppings or something else to push it above ordinary. All in all, it was a fun night with friendly service and some pretty tasty classic Italian dishes.

Their front patio is very welcoming and has plenty of seating. We opted for inside however, as it was a tad chilly during our visit. The inside is welcoming too though: rustic like bar area, big dining room, and an open kitchen. Shout out Scott for taking care of us- what and friendly guy, with attentive service. Not to mention he knew everything on that menu like the back of his hand. Big fan of both my gin martini, and my blackened grouper entree. And let me tell ya it was a tough pick because there are tons of delicious-sounding options here. But in the end, that grouper was perfect. It came atop of multigrain rice, roasted red peppers, spinach, black beans, and mushrooms. Plus the roasted red pepper cream sauce was chefs kiss. Everyone else at the table also cleared their plates: thin crust pizza, short ribs, and sea scallop risotto. Clearly you can't go wrong here. Definitely a bit on the pricey side in my opinion, but I suppose you do get what you pay for!
