Hi! Coming from a recent video that was posted online..an employee was seen being extremely rude & disrespectful to a customer just because her english was a bit off? Many people in the comments could understand some couldn't but for an employee to tell her that only people who speak proper english should be at chick fil a is unacceptable. My husband and I only ordered 2 milkshakes and we waited in line in the drive through for 15 minutes. The line only had an about 5 cars in total. The employees weren't welcoming or kind despite horrible and slow service. When we finally got our milkshakes, they didn't even mix one of them so it was just solid ice cream with cookies on top. We turned around and wanted a new one but they were out of ice cream and proceeded to give us a refund. We paid card for the milkshakes and they were trying to give us cash. Unfortunately when we dined here yesterday the experience was not pleasant. We joined the drive through line with a mobile order. The line did not move for almost 10 to 15 mins which is quite long for fast food. When we got to the window, our food still was not ready. Just our drinks. The cashier had mo knowledge of our order even though the app stated it was being "on its way". I've never had to leave a negative review for a Chick-fil-A. Since this is a chained fast food restaurant, I am expecting the food to be on par with other locations and I am judging merely on the service and the environment. Based my experience with chick-fil-a, the food typically is within the four star range and that's my basis for rating. So the restaurant itself is relatively clean and crowded on Saturday during lunch hours. The lines are long and the cashiers are reasonably efficient. The floor is kind of messy but it's tolerable. I ordered a chick-fil-a deluxe sandwich meal set with a side salad and lemonade. The food itself is business as usual, except the cashier got my order wrong. Instead of chick-fil-a deluxe sandwich I ordered, she gave me a spicy deluxe. So that's where the -1 star came from. 3 stars. read more

"Great chicken and poorly educated cows" I shud spel my hol revew like the kows from Chik-Fil-A wud, but that wud get anoying. Seriously, this place is great- delicious chicken, and this store has outstanding service. There's a really nice lady who's always here who walks around to see if any guests want refills on drinks or to take their trash, and they often give balloons to the kids. Almost as much service as a sit-down restaurant from a fast-food place... they really do make you feel like a "guest." Breakfasts are particularly nice here- my kids love the chicken, egg, and cheese bagels (on a sunflower bagel). They really are delicious. The chicken minis and breakfast burritos are also good. We love the regular chicken sandwiches for lunch, as well as the wraps and the grilled chicken options. I always go for the carrot & raisin salad on the side, but the waffle fries are also stellar. Haven't tried most of the dessert options, but they look great. Chick-Fil-A is very "family-oriented" with a bit of a devotional angle- they're closed on Sundays, they give kids' meal toys that emphasize education or morality, etc. This particular location also hosts a decent outdoor playground. It is fast-food, but it tastes great, and there are healthy options here for those who choose to get them (e.g., the grilled chicken sandwich is very low in fat). Drive Thru is poorly designed and takes around 15-20 mins longer than most other chick-fil-As with all three methods( Drive thru , carry out and curbside) It's also easy to get boxed in to their parking lot which seems to happen a lot when I go there. If you're going here be ready to wait for your food that may or may not be cold by the time it's handed out. I've heard management speak poorly about customers before thinking I wasn't listening and the facility is often visibly dirty which is concerning considering it being the food industry. I don't usually review chain restaurants but this Chick-fil-A holds a special place in my heart! They're kid-friendly and have amazing service and a kiddie play area/slide, which easily explains why I have friends who have "Chick-fil-A Fridays" every week. I came here for lunch on a weekday with a couple other friends and their babies. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries on the phone app, which I love because I can skip the long line and pick up my food at the counter and pay through the app. The sandwich had a SUPER spicy kick to it, and the waffle fries were as usual, perfect, although I wish they were salted a little. I love the plastic placemats that Chick-fil-A has available that stick onto the table so that my baby could happily eat off the table in a (slightly) cleanly manner. The store owner herself saw our little table of moms and babies and even dropped off a little stuffed cow for each child! I was so touched by her kind gesture. After our meal, the kids enjoyed walking around and climbing in the outdoor attached contained kiddie slide/play area which has tables for seating and is shaded. I learned recently that you can trade in the book that comes with the kids' meal for an ice cream cone. And the phone app often has free treats like free breakfast sandwiches! We are so thankful to have a Chick-fil-A close by. read more

Have had exponentially better experiences at other locations. I made a curb-side pick up order thinking this would save me time (::ordered a deluxe spicy chicken sandwich meal, 8 piece chicken nuggets, and a lemonade frosty). I followed the instructions on the app, parked at the curb-side parking spot, entered my number, and waited there for about 20 minutes before politely asking about my order. Then I waited for another 20 minutes. No communication from the staff and 0 apologies with some attitude when they finally brought my order to me which is pretty unheard of for Chick-fil-A! :( Additionally, food quality was way below their standard.. It's possible that they were understaffed and overloaded with customers/orders at the time which is understandable. However, this situation seems to be happening more often at this particular location and the customer service is becoming an embarrassment. May be in their best interest to rethink logistics. My experience today made every aspect of my meal unappetizing. If you want to save a chuck of time in your life, I recommend going to another location or just take that time to cook a meal at home :/ read more

Updated from a 1 star. I usually refrain from bad reviews. Did Curbside and people that come through the drive-thru 30 minutes after I parked at curbside delivery are getting their food faster. We only ordered nuggets and a drink. Already been 56 minutes since we arrived and have not received food. Update 1. Walked up to the window and they said they delivered it to me a long time ago. I never left the parking spot. Update 2. The Manager remembered preparing our orders, because it was two separate ones. I cannot fault them because someone took advantage and said our order was theirs. The Manager fixed my order, and is in the process of reversing the charges for our order and fixed the problem on the spot. read more

There is no way that this location should have some of the one- and two- star reviews that it does. Were these Yelpers secret shoppers in disguise sent from the planet Foodlandia? First of all, it's a Chick Fil A. You're not going to get a lot more -- but also not a lot less -- than you expect. I've been to this spot many times, and have always been pleased. While it doesn't occupy the same soft spot in my heart as the Bojangles down the street, they make a great breakfast. My go-to is the chicken, egg and cheese bagel. Their sausage sandwich offerings are also very satisfying. And despite some of the other folks' complaints, this place has better service and a cleaner interior than some of its fast food neighbors on this street. My advice to fellow Yelpers is to save your one-star reviews for places that truly have lousy service or very messy dining rooms. read more

Really friendly employees. I've never had a negative experience with them. They are always really kind and polite but sadly this is one of the slowest chick-fil-a's I've ever been to. I've waited over 30mins at times in the curbside pickup area and once waited over 20mins when I only ordered 2 drinks. You know it is bad when you pull up to the drive thru and already know you made a bad decision choosing this location! Then the "experience" started.... ...waited excessive amount of time to place order ...while placing order the order taker had a difficult time understand a simple order ...when I finally got to the window to pay and pick up the order, the order could not be located so I had to place my order AGAIN ...of course, I was asked to pull the car down and wait for my order again ...after at least 10 minutes the food arrives at the window. There was not one apology offered.. ....we are good to go right? NO! Now all three of the drinks were just carbonated water. SERIOUSLY! ...I circled the building and walk them back into the store and told the Manager/Supervisor who by the way way looking at her phone when I approproached the counter. ...She quickly replaced the drinks BUT had the nerve to tell ME to put the cups with carbonated water in them in the trash. ...This whole fiasco at the Hillsborough Rd Chick fila took 46 minutes. ...But it is not over, when I arrived home I had been charged and given food I did not order and not given food that I did order. ...When you want Chick fila travel a few minutes further to the Chick fika on Roxboro Rd. Yeah, won't be returning to this location. For our order of two items they managed to make two mistakes (forgot an item, didn't upsize as requested) and the cashier had SUCH a bad attitude. I mean, I work in retail too. It can be hard to put a smile on the whole time. But this was really above and beyond just not being pleasant. Stared daggers at me when I went to get the missing item in our order, and glared when I asked for a refill, only filling my cup halfway.
