I got takeout from The Loop and the food was delicious! The Pesto Chicken Ciabatta was my favorite. The pesto was tasty and the open faced sandwich was covered in chicken, cheese, and red sauce. The Chicken and Cheese sandwich was good too and was fully customizable with toppings and cheese type. The fries were very thick and they needed to be reheated a little.

Red the reviews of this place and decided to give it a try. The food was pretty good but we were really disappointed with the service. It was a Sunday evening but it was really busy. I'm not sure if they were short staffed or if that is how it normally operates but the tables were loaded with dishes and no one was bussing tables. About halfway through the visit a woman who I think was the dishwasher came out to clean off the tables finally but that was the only time I saw anyone. By the time we left nearly all the tables were dirty again and no one was bussing them. New customers were just claiming dirty tables. The decor is cute and the place has a lot of potential. We will probably try it again soon to see if our experience was just a one off issue. Based on this experience though, the food was okay but it was no where near worth the price.

Quick and easy ordering. Food was ready quickly. Chicken Caesar wrap was OK. The chips were a little bit crispy than I would prefer.

First time at this location. Normally we go to the one in Chapel Hill. This one is brighter with a much more inviting decor, although just as cold inside. We came here specifically for the creamy French Onion soup, which didn't disappoint. Very tasty, although not nearly as hot as the CH location, which I swear comes straight from a boiling cauldron! I wish they had some hot beverages on the menu, but they don't. Just cold bevs. Oh, well.

We went for a Saturday night date and it was a cute, casual spot. The restaurant was packed, but the staff worked quickly to clean a table for us. We ordered our food at the counter and it came out quickly considering how busy the restaurant was. I ordered a blue cheese burger and my husband ordered a bacon cheeseburger. The food was fresh and well seasoned! Will return in the near future.

I love it when we decide to try something different and it turns out wonderful! The blue cheese chips - AMAZING! Never had creamy French onion soup before - DELICIOUS! My husband really enjoyed is BBQ chicken pizza too! We're definitely returning!!

We popped in for lunch today. Had a beautiful Gorgonzola salad with sundried tomatoes and candied walnuts. We woofed that down, so no pictures. Then we got the portabella and bacon pizza and let me tell you, it was worth every penny of the 17.99. ...from the crust to the abundance of bacon, mushrooms and carmalized onions...absolutely delicious. So glad this place is just blocks from our new house and we will go back. Just one note: don't expect charismatic or friendly service if you're looking for that. It's more like no frills, no personality or even no response to some questions we had.

Close to museum. Great food selection. Pizza was crispy. Pesto chicken fanatic was tasty!

Average place with a decent menu. It's a self help place. Order your food and come back to pick it up. Self service for drinks, silverware and condiments. The menu has a small variety of choices. They do serve alcoholic drinks but no menu so you have to look at the display at a distance. I ordered the French onion soup which was more creamy than a broth. Not much flavor and pricey for the serving. The onion rings were big. The type you bite and the whole onion comes out. The bleu cheese chips were good and had the right amount of cheese on them. The pizza was mediocre at best. Not a lot of toppings including the cheese and sauce. They do offer milkshakes that look delicious but the food is basic

I was hoping I would not be disappointed. Downtown Durham on Parrish Street I do believe. I went there midday and there was a sparse lunch crowd already seated when I arrived. The warmly lit space presents nice aesthetic as you walk into the restaurant. A very chill and comfortable atmosphere. I love the bar and the mirrored wall nestled behind it. The spot is pretty laidback and very clean, but has a bit of a rustic nuance to it as well. I like that. The serving staff were extremely nice and helpful towards advising me in making my selection -- with me being a first-timer and all. I kept it simple...I chose the Classic Burger (pink) with pepper jack cheese, bacon marmalade, and as a side, I had to go with the Dirty Fries -- 'cause that's how I roll y'all. About the food: I have to say, the burger was staunchly built and crafted with artistry. Nice and tall with a seriously tasty bun encapsulating everything. Perfectly well-seasoned meat and the first bite was simply delightful. I noticed as I got towards the center of the meat, it was bit less juicy than the surrounding parts of the burger, but nevertheless still tasty. My Dirty Fries were delicious In the end; the experience as a whole was quite delightful and I would definitely like to go there again -- perhaps try a different burger to expand upon my experience with this place. Even before me an my party entered we could hear music playing from the building, which kept the vibes up! Moving onto the food, a certain menu item caught my eye. Something that I'm legally obligated to keep quiet about... but let tell you- this burger was Gooood. This "Signature Secret Burger" was rather unique, as it was like you took a pretty simple egg burger, and just ramped it up. My initial thought when I first tried it was that it was a burger squared, the mystery ingredients amplified the flavor to make such a savory meal. It wasn't to overbearing like many other burger places that I've visited, not immediately making me feel fat and full after taking a few bites. Our party also ordered a whole quart of fries, and they were SO GOOD!!! I'm a sucker for good fries, and you knocked this out of the park! Your fry soft was nice and mellow and complimented the fries perfectly. (And even afterwards, the fries warmed up really well and were still Really freakin' good!) Finally, during my visit, their anniversary event (Happy 15th By The Way ) and they were offering FREE DESSERT for someone who happened to sit in a randomly chosen seat. And by the luck of the gods my little brother found his way onto the seat! It was just really awesome to see a restaurant doing such awesome things for their birthday, y'don't see that every day! Overall, this place is definitely a place to stop by if you're in Durham. If you're in the area visit IMMEDIATELY if you love good fun food!

For the main, I ordered the standard burger despite several limited-edition options being available (ask about the Hamilton theme!). It was cooked precisely to my specified medium, with a flavorful patty and nice structural integrity throughout. The tater tots were basically as good as they come. We paired the meal with IPAs - Dancing with the Bulls and Bull in a Bottle Shop - both of which held up well against the richness of the food and worked particularly well with the burger. I finished the meal off with the amaretto which provided a balanced finish and was reminiscent of my usual espresso martini without being overly boozy or heavy. Service was friendly and professional as always, and the atmosphere remains a strong point: upscale casual without feeling forced.
